Much better this time, a couple bubbles on the 71. There is just something about that pattern that it just won’t stick perfectly but I think it will last much longer this time.

This by far is the heaviest duty cover I have ever had. The cover itself should definitely last every bit of 10+ years. Now for the electronics on any product out there is a mystery on how long it will last, but there’s no denying that Retrax is the leading brand out there on electric roll up covers and I would trust their components more than any other electric cover if I was going to pay that higher price tag.

I think it should be fine with any roll up cover the back tent wall would just get pushed in.

Yes, you are not suppose to use auto 4WD with this kit.

The 4 gallon is double the scfm so it should do better.

Stage 1 cause with the stage 2 it is highly recommended to run a low temp thermostat, and I didn’t want to change the running temp. There’s mixed reviews on changing to a low temp stat, but I am a believer in letting the truck run at the correct temp from factory.

Yep, the numbers just helped out to clarify what I was feeling wasn’t just in my head and clarify I wasn’t just lying to the camera.😄

One of the connections is for the little switch it comes with that you would connect inside the truck, but I didn't use it.

I'm shocked you don't like it. I have always loved the Borla Atak Sound. If it is not loud enough, you could always try having the resonator screens taken off.

@@zachattackcustoms I know, I was extremely excited but it sounds nothing like yours does. My resonators were deleted when I had magnaflow catback installed. So it should be even louder than yours in the video. Not sure what to do. How long after install did u record this video? Is there a break in period and it gets louder?

I would make sure they didn't install in backwards, make sure the metal place is towards the back.

We had no problems with them, only thing to get used to is when you drive somewhere at night, park, turn the car off, when the lights come on its super bright for your eyes to adjust to how much brighter it is inside the car. First time we did that we literally said "whoa." lol

I believe all three should light up. Did you use the easy connect harness or hardwire it? What year is your truck?

Ok, I double checked tonight and it is only 1 strip that lights up for reverse. It’s so bright I thought it was all 3 to be honest. So you should be good.

@zachattackcustoms Wow, ok. Every video I see, yours included, looks like all 3 strips turn white because they're so bright. Guess not. I still however am having issues with my truck (2020 F250 super duty KR) giving off alarms saying "trailer disconnected", "turn signal issue" etc. From what I've read, the way to fix this is to buy the quick connect harness. However, on OPT7's site, the only harnesses available are for F150 Fords. Im not aware of any for F250, nor do I know if it would be compatible.

You will not be disappointed. I have really enjoyed having mine. I need to clean it, as I have used the heck out of it.

I remember it being pretty easy for the most part. I can't remember if there was a push tab or not. If I remember correctly, I think you just press down a tab on the connectors.

Put on same cover...had This running while installing..like i said previously...NO EXTRA LONG unnecessary talk..which is refreshing...When you flipped cover That was a great help 👍

The rough country switch is a 3 wire switch, 2 wires are for the closure, and 1 is voltage to be able to illuminate the red light on the switch. I would have to see a wiring diagram for your switch to know what colors do what. All you need to figure out is which two wires turn the lights on when shorted together.

@@zachattackcustomsya otherwise I loved it and with the stock back in you can def feel the diff lol jet has a 2 year warranty so just waiting on them but ya keep your stock one near by just in case 😂

Agreed, but luckily you don’t need them the way I have it setup.

I mainly drive around in L9 which cuts it off completely, but I plan to eventually take care of it. Looks like there may be a handheld tuner that will unlock the computer that I have had my eye on.

Correct I installed them in the order I originally installed them mainly because I don't think it would be beneficial to run the MAF and Throttle Body with the stock box. I would think you would need more air coming in. Don't quote me on this, but I am thinking the electronics in the MAF and the Throttle Body are programmed to read more air coming in allowing the computer to take that in to account, if that makes sense.

All 4 mods together would be $1300.

Can’t calculate the exhaust in to the mix cause my first Dyno was with the exhaust. So not sure the gains I got with the exhaust.

@@zachattackcustoms exactly. And would the gains of the other mods be the same without the exhaust mod? No way to know unless you went back to stock exhaust and did it all again. That's a lot of money for 20hp.

@jeffhernandez5098 I would guess and say the exhaust helped out, but I would also say if you are someone even considering all these other mods, 9 times out of 10 they probably already have an aftermarket exhaust.

It’s one of those things where when you do it for the first time it’s time consuming, then once you get the hang of it, it’s not bad.

Yea, love them. Backing down the boat ramps is so much easier with the lower small mirrors being able to see the concrete sides with the wheel offset is great.

I would love to do a cam, but it’s just so expensive to get the computer unlocked for tuning, maybe one day.

It should cause it has the factory module built it, but I would email the company just to be safe, cause I don’t have that camera.

The stock throttle body was on when testing the cold air intake and mass air flow sensor.

The biggest component I noticed that helped with MPG was the cold air intake, but I am believer that you also need a less restrictive muffler. More air in needs a better way to get more air out. If you don’t want a loud muffler, I also noticed better fuel mileage with the Borla Pro XS universal muffler.

I can’t tell you how many times I have taken the mods on and off to make sure it’s not just in my head. lol I knew I felt a difference but I have a conscience and I wanted to make 100% sure that I saw gains by getting the Dyno numbers. I don’t want people spending their hard earned money on mods without getting the best facts I can get.

I have been hearing that throttle body spacers don't really do much with the newer vehicle's. That's mainly why I haven't added it. Jet actually doesn't even make the spacer for my year. What year is your truck, and do you think it really made a big difference?

in your statement, you say the Jett throttle body spacer did help, than you proceed to say it did not help. Which is it. ?
