    This is not beginner friendly because when the beginner opens eyes to see what needs to be done, as it was not clear from the vocal cues - the teacher is on her phone.

    Backstroke Asana: A Kundalini Yoga Technique for Destiny Transformation 🤍 Sit comfortably cross-legged on the floor or use a meditation pillow to relax your hips, allowing your knees to drop down towards the floor. 🤍 Elevate your chest and your heart centre. If sitting on the floor isn't feasible, opt for a chair with feet flat on the ground. 🤍 Keep your spine erect without leaning against the backrest. 🤍 Form your hands into fists, with the thumb placed underneath the pinky finger while all other fingers hold the thumb down. 🤍 Perform alternate backstrokes with your arms, ensuring they move over and behind your head. 🤍 Focus on your breath; create an "O" shape with your mouth and inhale and exhale rapidly through it. 🤍 Inhale as you lift the arm up, and exhale as your arm moves over your head and behind. In Kundalini Yoga, we believe in the significance of the arcline, extending from earlobe to earlobe along the hairline. Often depicted as a halo in paintings of saints, the arcline holds our destiny and karma. To initiate change, we cleanse our arcline. This exercise is a potent tool for altering destiny and releasing karma to manifest changes in life. You can perform this exercise for up to 5 minutes.     Caption Shoulder Shrugs is one of our essential exercises in Kundalini Yoga. Let”s explore and delve into the exercise. Sit comfortable cross-legged on the floor, use a meditation pillow if need it. Rest your hands on your knees close your eyes and direct your focus on your third eye. Inhale deeply and pull your shoulders to your ears, and exhale fully as you release them down. Repeat this movement for approximately 3 minutes, maintaining strong, powerful breathing throughout the nose. This exercise facilitates the opening of the central energy channel, Sushumna, allowing the Kundalini energy to ascend to the third eye and crown chakra.     Anxiety, often from stress, uncertainty, or past traumas, leads to persistent worry, fear, affecting well-being. Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic approach by addressing root causes and promoting inner balance through breathing techniques, dynamic movements, and meditation. Additionally, it fosters self-awareness and resilience, empowering individuals to confront and overcome anxious thoughts and emotions. Here are three exercises for your nervous system, releasing stress, strengthening it, and creating inner peace: Exercise 1: 🤍 Sit, extend both legs. 🤍 Bend right knee, foot against left thigh. 🤍 Inhale, stretch forward. 🤍 Keep spine elongated, practice deep, long breathing. 🤍 Hold 3 mins, then switch. Exercise 2: 🤍 Stand, arms extended. 🤍 Inhale, right arm up, left down. 🤍 Exhale, switch arms. 🤍 Repeat 3 mins. Bonus Meditation with Mudra: 🤍 Sit cross-legged. 🤍 Stack hands, left over right. 🤍 Place right thumb on left palm. 🤍 Hold at heart center, breathe deeply. 🤍 Start with 3 mins, increase to 31.

    This is such an incredible and powerful Movment Meditation. 🤍 Sit cross-legged or on a chair with feet flat on the ground. 🤍 Use the base of your palm and push forward, alternating the side move with your whole torso and twist. 🤍 With every push, inhale or exhale through an O-shaped mouth. 🤍 Be very rhythmic with your breath and movement. Keep that pace. We are releasing everything we would like to let go of: anger, frustration, all negative emotions, and experiences, whether we are aware of them or not; it doesn't matter. With this exercise, we are cleansing our aura. Ninety percent of diseases and our future experiences are manifested in our aura. If we want to change that, we have to cleanse our aura. Breath is one way; Kundalini Yoga postures or movement and meditation are other ways. This exercise combines all three aspects, and the best time to do it is during this powerful planetary constellation we are experiencing. We are in the midst of eclipse season. We just passed the lunar eclipse with the full moon, and in two weeks' time, we will experience the solar eclipse, which will be very powerful this year. Good luck!

    Thanks so much for posting but I can't understand the audio with the room echo. I started recording with the Rode Wireless clip on mics and now I'm upgrading to a DEX10 Samson headset mic because I love consistent audio.

    Try these 3 Kundalini Yoga exercises to help reduce back pain! Exercise 1: 🤍 Sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your legs open and feet flat on the ground. 🤍 Inhale, then exhale as you bend forward towards one knee. 🤍 Inhale as you come back up, then exhale as you bend towards the other knee. 🤍 Repeat this exercise for a few minutes, but no longer than 3 minutes. Exercise 2: 🤍 Sit in the same position as in exercise 1. 🤍 Inhale as you push your chest forward, arching your spine without moving your shoulders forward. 🤍 Then exhale as you move backward, bending your spine. 🤍 Repeat this movement rhythmically with your breath for a few minutes, adjusting the pace as feels appropriate for your body. Exercise 3: 🤍 Maintain the same sitting position as before. 🤍 Lift your arms parallel to the ground with bent elbows and palms facing forward. 🤍 Twist to the left as you inhale, and twist to the right as you exhale. 🤍 Continue this exercise for a few minutes, but not longer than 3 minutes. All three exercises focus on your spine, the most flexible bone in our body. Prolonged periods in one posture can lead to discomfort, so it's essential to loosen up the spine. The first exercise targets the lower back, the second provides relief to the lower and middle spine, and the last exercise focuses on the chest and neck area.

    It's intriguing how easily we judge others by their appearances. Just because someone doesn't identify as Christian, Muslim, or Jewish, does that automatically mean they lack a belief system? And does being baptized automatically make one a devout Christian? Or being a Yoga teacher mean you're Hindu, or a Kundalini Yoga teacher make you Sikh? For me, spirituality transcends labels; it embraces all religions, allowing individuals to express their beliefs uniquely. When we strip religions down to their core, they all promote love and kindness. So why not let everyone find the religion that resonates most with them? Why the need for competition or conversion? Let's accept, respect, and appreciate all religions. Teaching yoga doesn't negate my belief in God; rather, my concept of God extends beyond religious confines to the vast collective consciousness, known by many of names - God, Allah, Buddha, Great Spirit, or the universe. This collective consciousness has thousands of names and is still namesless as it is beyond imagination and our capacity to describe it with words.

    This asana is perfect to help move energy through the body. How to do Arm Swings; 🤍 Extend your arms forward with palms facing each other, then allow them to swing backward. 🤍 Inhale as your arms swing back, and exhale as they swing forward. 🤍 Approach this exercise with a playful and enjoyable attitude. This movement serves to open your chest, expanding the space in your lungs for improved breathing, and it uplifts your emotional heart, associated with the heart chakra. By raising your frequency, it aligns with the healing threshold above 500Hz, which corresponds to our heart frequency. Additionally, it aids in clearing your aura. This exercise evokes memories of childhood, a time when swinging my arms in this manner was a simple and instinctive response when I was unsure of what to do next.

These three are wonderful tools you can use to move through stuck and negative moods. 3 Exercises to clean the aura and expand your lungs' capacity 🤍 Interlace your fingers, extend your arms forward with palms facing out, ensuring they are parallel to the ground. 🤍 Inhale at this position, and on your exhale, swiftly bring your hands toward your chest. 🤍 Execute this movement in a brisk rhythm synchronized with your breath. 🤍 Repeat the process as it is explained for above’s exercise, extending your arms as before, inhaling as you move them above your head, and exhaling as you return them to the initial position. 🤍 Maintain a rhythmic coordination with your breath, executing the arm movements rapidly. 🤍 Keep your fingers interlaced, replicating the previous hand positioning. 🤍 Now, perform up-and-down arm movements behind your neck. 🤍 Inhale while extending your arms with palms facing the sky, and exhale as you guide your hands behind your neck at the hairline level. According to Kundalini Yoga philosophy, we believe that 90% of our habitual attitudes are already visible in our aura, or magnetic field. We attract what we are. If you can’t sit on the floor, you can sit on a chair with feet flat on the ground, take your shoes and socks off. 🤍 Bring your hands to the middle of your chest where your heart centre is located. 🤍 Left hand over the right hand.🤍 Take deep and long breaths and each time you are exhaling you can feel that heaviness like anxiety, worries, stress or other dense stuff(low frequencies) leave your heart space and love, lightness and joy are having space to return to you.     A bit stressed this holiday season? Try out this Kundalini Yoga Exercise. The Stress Touch 🤍 Sit crosslegged in easy pose 🤍 The spine is straight and elongate 🤍 Bend your arms and lift your hand on the level of your shoulders 🤍 Touch the thumb and the index (Jupiter) finger and then touch the thumb and the ring (Sun) finger 🤍 Alternatively continue touching the fingers 🤍 Do that as fast as you can 🤍 We are aiming for 3 touches per second. Breath normal for 5-6 minutes then start a powerful breath through the mouth for 2 minutes at the end do Breath of Fire for 30 seconds Benefits: 🤍 Gyan Mudra: The tip of the Index finger (Jupiter, connect to wisdom and knowledge) touches the tip of the thumb (thumb is symbolising the ego) means the wisdom seals the ego. The other three finger are straight up 🤍 This Mudra is often used for meditation. It is believed to help stabilize the mind, improve concentration, and lead to a state of wisdom (Jnana or Gyan). 🤍 Prithvi Mudra: the tip of the ring finger, which is connect to the Sun energy and symbolised Vitality, touches the tip of the thumb (the ego). The other three fingers are straight up. It is believed to improve stamina, relieve fatigue, and promote the growth of tissues. 🤍 In anyway, if you master this exercise by switching from one to the other Mudra 9 touches per second, you will need to switch off your mind.
