@@MrCamwilliams7 yes, you can load the hemisphere plugin in console to be used in real time and you can decide to either commit to the mic emulation or not.

@ for some reason it doesn’t show up in console. Just the sphere version which I don’t have. I have it registered and everything through UA connect

@@marksloan9058 thank you!! You can do either or, there is enough output on the pedals to run line level, but if you’re connected to the high Z input, then you can bring the volume down. I connect them to the hi-z at home.

@@robertohernansheridanHi, the mic does not have DSP. The standard mics work like any other mic and the plugin does the emulation. If you want to hear the emulation while recording at the lowest latency you need an Apollo interface, otherwise you can use any interface and latency would depend on your system

@@RealJohnnyHash I have the predecessor and the facts about the "new" one: - it still uses the SHARCs from a decade ago, instead of introducing any halfway contemporary level of DSP power. - even the converters aren't a new generation: they just lifted the rest of the Apollos on the level of the X16 Gen 1 (X16 Gen 1 and X16 Gen 2 are virtually unchanged, as UAD confirmed). That's fine, but not a new generation. - auto gain is nice, but nothing I use and certainly no reason to buy a new interface - I don't want to pay a single cent for packaged Sonarworks room correction, since I got a better room alignment system with my Neumann speakers and sub. - worst of all: long term owners of much of their plugins or Ultimate are forced to pay twice for their software, getting the new Apollos exclusively packaged (and charged) with bundled software. That means wasting hundreds of bucks for nothing. After roughly five years of development many UAD user were waiting for a new DSP generation allowing to run their most CPU hungry new UADx plugins (like the new Dream 65, which eats a lot of CPU even on new PC hardware) to run on DSP power, and to pay for the (still expensive) hardware without the silly software packaging enforcement. What they offer instead, is a disgrace for long term UAD customers and technically, as I said, not remotely worth writing home about from my view!

From what i heard...you can...but gen 1 doesnt have the auto gain feature

@@Banoffeeee yes correct. You can daisy chain all thunderbolt apollos but auto gain will only work with the new Gen 2 units

@@Tanax13 the app is very easy to use and you can save presets plus it remembers settings so you don’t really have to use it every time you play

I’ve got it, totally great without the app. The app is for dialing in a custom amp for your playing sweet spot, but you get a great Dumble out of the box

Thank you so much! I’m using 2 Sony a6400 one as main and another one with a DJI RS3 mini gimbal for B-Roll. Main camera has a Sigma 16mm lens and second camera has a Sony 35mm lens

Actually that's not accurate. Out of all the amp sims pedals, UAFX still hail as one of the highest and there is very little used market for them and the vast majority wanted them to make a Dumble pedal and couldn't care less about the app.

@@BitelsONE hi, I don’t have that hiss. How long have you had your speakers? I did notice when I first got them that they needed a lot of hours to break in so make sure to read the manual, I don’t remember how many hours to be honest. After that period anything should go away

hey, i appreciate your answer. Mine do hiss audibly form over 3 meters, it is not very loud, I quess some people with diffrent hearing, might not notice it. Anyway for me it is distracting, so I arranged exchange for new pair with adam audio. I hope the will not hiss. All best.

Hi, I would recommend the UA SC-1. By itself the mic sounds fantastic and when you use the app you get a lot more options.

@@luisbello4236 para grabar guitarras acústicas yo prefiero un micrófono de lápiz o una combinación de 2 micrófonos. Pero eso ya es preferencia personal, el micrófono de condensador que viene incluido tiene. In muy buen sonido y puedes obtener el resultados que deseas experimentando con la posición del micrófono
