Ferrari in general have not done well with their strategies but there is also an interesting difference between Charles and Carlos as Carlos often TELLS the pit wall what to do and what he wants and Charles does not really do that. Perhaps if he was more assertive he would have better luck, but the team have let them both down with the car and strategy. The big question is if he was to leave, where would he go? I do not see RBR picking him up and I do not see Lewis leaving Mercedes for Ferrari which would be the way in there but it is always an option. Otherwise, there is no space on the grid I can think to move as I cannot think who Ferrari would want to pick up.

Lando has been extremely consistent this season while Piastri has had a numerous number of different positions. yea, he's definitely talented but this is also his first season and he should gain some extra experience before being first driver. Toto probably does favour Lewis, but that should be obvious. They have years of history together and Lewis is the GOAT. It should be even more obvious than it is that Lewis gets preference and more respect. He was #1 when Bottas was around, so why would that change when George arrived? Why should it change? The only reason GR beat LH in the championship last year is because Lewis CHOSE to be the guinea pig for all of the W13's development. Look now, he's actually putting effort and he's close to getting P2 while George is P8. It shouldn't even be a question who the main man is or who is more special than who. George is good, that's undeniable. But he needs to get out of this mentality of thinking he's faster than Lewis, #1. #2, he needs to mind the team before his superiority complex, because it really seems like beating LH is more important to him than maximising points for the team if that means Lewis in front. Toto must actually remind him of his place in the team. He has potential to be #1, but on the single condition that Lewis is finally gone.

In a team there needs to be a number 1 and number 2 driver. Lewis Hamilton has a record of being consistent which is why Toto sees him more of a number 1 driver. That said I think George has the ability to become the number 1 driver but it is hard when your teammate is Lewis.
