In a team there needs to be a number 1 and number 2 driver. Lewis Hamilton has a record of being consistent which is why Toto sees him more of a number 1 driver. That said I think George has the ability to become the number 1 driver but it is hard when your teammate is Lewis.
Toto probably does favour Lewis, but that should be obvious. They have years of history together and Lewis is the GOAT. It should be even more obvious than it is that Lewis gets preference and more respect. He was #1 when Bottas was around, so why would that change when George arrived? Why should it change? The only reason GR beat LH in the championship last year is because Lewis CHOSE to be the guinea pig for all of the W13's development. Look now, he's actually putting effort and he's close to getting P2 while George is P8. It shouldn't even be a question who the main man is or who is more special than who. George is good, that's undeniable. But he needs to get out of this mentality of thinking he's faster than Lewis, #1. #2, he needs to mind the team before his superiority complex, because it really seems like beating LH is more important to him than maximising points for the team if that means Lewis in front. Toto must actually remind him of his place in the team. He has potential to be #1, but on the single condition that Lewis is finally gone.
Mate - before you start a TH-cam channel know your subject. Toto was involved in Williams way before 2013. He owned a stake in Williams, was a regular figure in the pitlane and married Susie wolff. Your comments that toto was new to the sport in 2013 seems to be the basis of your opinion on the relationship between Lewis, George and Toto... and it's completely wrong.
You've got that wrong, watch again at 1:05 and you'll see he was quoting George Russell, it was George who said Toto was completely new to Formula 1 The uploader did say that Toto had 'limited' experience in F1, which is true when you consider he went from being a company director to team boss on the pit wall.. that's a big jump to make
Love that you take the time to comment the video! We always appreciate constructive feedback and just feedback on our videos in general. But in this case we would urge you to check your statement again. The basis of your critique is based on a statement George Russell have made, we decided to include this in the video. If you want the reference we can provide you with that as well.. Keep it up ! 🏎
@@Podium_Pursuit ah sorry, I was listening whilst working and I thought you said that, my mistake! Russell should know better then. Thanks for pointing it out. I
Are Toto Wolff really favoring Lewis Hamilton over George Russell?

The only thing Hamilton is consistent about is being a Crybaby. Every day he is coming more and more a pathetic Narcissist loser!
Russell can be good but not to good to beat Lewis. Toto disapproved that.
