This is the hottest seat in F1 at the moment therefore that driver is always going to be under pressure every second. The moment when they start making mistakes, everyone is an F1 expert and wants to find a replacement right away… There is a lot more going on behind the scenes at redbull that we dont know about.. So I wouldnt be too harsh on Checo without knowing all the facts, especially with him being 2nd in the championship which is what the team asked of him in the first place. Max is Redbull main project for a couple more years, so bringing any other driver is not going to make a difference with respect to the current drivers situation at RB. I applaud Checo for being resilient and humble amongst all backlash and criticism he’s been facing recently, which would make many other drivers fold.
I find this very very interesting. A lot of people wants to think that Sergio Perez, the no 2 driver in the championship, it's actually the worst driver in the grid, and you can know that because he's driving the best car in the grid and not demolishing the competition.... wait a second.... wasn't Sergio Perez famous for always being able to get incredible results considering the cars he was driving?. That's how he got his place in Redbull, and now he's the worst???. So lets say for instance that RedBull hires Piastry and he doesn't even performs as good as Checo, then what?. What I've heard is that the RedBull car it's extremely difficult to drive, but Max can do it because he's a genius. By all means bring another driver and let's see how he compares to the once in a life time talent of Verstappen.
As you say it so nicely, he was hired to the team for a reason, and that was his consistency and ability to drive any car he was put into. But has his consistency lacked to much this season? 🤔
@@MrSatnavatron you may find the driver style of Checo analysis from Driver61 channel here interesting. if you look up the channel I'm sure you will find the recent video on that subject
seems to me continous pressure and uncertainty for a driver, not very "constructive". Also.. if RB aims for 1 & 2 in Drivers standings, the week by week approach -with possibly replacement- wouldn't work either? correct me if I regard this wrong
Which driver can replace Sergio Perez at Red Bull?
A potato
potatoes can't work the neck muscles necessary to drive an F1 car. @@moter1533

Let’s hope they keep him at least until his contract is over!
well said, I second that. there's an interesting driver style of Checo analysis video, made by Driver61 channel here on YT.

👏 hear hear, exactly my thoughts!
The RB is built around max style of front nose focus
And that is the opposite to how Sergio likes it

Piastri is indeed very talented, but not on Verstappen's level. Nobody is.
i mean not currently but over time people will catch up to max and someone will inevitably be better than him
@@konkonwahi dont think so
@@jessytan1973 max will def remain as one of the goats but keep him in f1 forever and eventually he’ll fall off too like seb and kimi and thats ok
@@konkonwah Bro everyone will eventually fall you’re making no point
@@jessytan1973 how are u sure no one will ever get on max’s level
Everyone : Has contracts ... RB second driver : play it week by week
