Appreciate the support!! Really encouraging. I’ll look into that. But from my experience, most of the time, it’s due to the milk bottle not being attached ‘snugly’ to the machine. So I just push it in more to make a tighter seal.
What happened in 4:04? How infuser changed position in the machine?
Ahh. When I shot the part when I pulled out the water tank, the machine wasn’t turned off properly. So I had to do it again. You just need to make sure it’s turned off and unplugged.
Hi, no mention of how often to clean the coffee filter?
Oh. It actually depends on your usage. But twice a month has been enough for me

Not really. There’s no way to adjust the frothiness of the milk
Does anyone know how to adjust your desired foam level?
If you mean frothiness, then no. You can’t adjust the frothiness of the milk. But you can adjust how much milk to pour in a cup.
@@gabeslifestuff Sigh. That's what I feared. I don't like 1+" of foam. I saw older models have the ability to dial down the foam levels.

Do you have to have the water filter? Also, I’ve been noticing mold in the pulp basin when throwing it away. Thoughts?
If you’re asking “will it make coffee even without the water filter?” Then no, you don’t have to have it. But I strongly recommend having it on. Hope this helps
And oh. Regarding the mold in the pulp, that’s very normal for me. I noticed that some beans don’t develop mold though, particularly the expensive ones. 😂

Kind of a tricky question because it depends on the drink and the cup you’re using 😅. But you can adjust the water level though. I actually have a video on how to make adjustments to the drinks

Excellent video! I got this machine as well but now the Evo isn't detecting the milk throther unless I push and hold onto the top part to the coffee machine. Are you experiencing this issue yourself?
Thanks! No. I’ve never had that problem. You might need to call customer service and tell them about it

The default coffee mode will only fill up about 40% of a regular coffee cup. I did the adjustment setting, but still, only got it up to about 60% of a standard-sized coffee cup. Is anyone else experiencing and annoyed by that? In the meantime, my workaround is to do a custom fill 45% and just run the coffee mode twice.

This is a great video, thank you. 1. How often do you need to descale this machine? 2. And do we not need to clean the grinder? I am thinking on getting this one for my home, never had anything but a keurig machine yet.
I just descale it when the descale light flashes. You can clean the grinder basin with dry paper towel, but that’s about it. Avoid getting it wet.

@@euplio46 i go for a grind setting of 2, set the aroma to ‘strong’. That’s basically it. And if you’re still not satisfied, you can always go for doppio
When I press the descale button, I get a “hazard symbol” that blinks and no action is taken by the machine. Any advice?

Great video, Gabe! I got a quick question. I ran into a problem because I use pre-ground coffee. Do you know how if I have cleansed all the necessary parts so that it could work again? Also, does the machine really not work with a pre-ground coffee? Appreciate if you can answer!
It has the ability to use pre-ground coffee. Check out my video “use and review” to know how. Hope this helps
Good video. One thing I would expand on. When the grinder has beans in it it stops you from making a finer adjustment on the grind because it can't squash the beans in between grinders and you will break it. It is not that the machine needs to be running but you must make the adjustment in the short time the bean is actually grinding. I do not think you need to do it for backing it out for a larger grind but if it is difficult to move the dial I would do it the same as making it finer.

It has an auto-off function. So it will turn off by itself even if you don’t manually turn it off after making a drink. Hope this helps.

@@DaporotiYat yes, it always “flush” its pipes first. You don’t HAVE TO leave a mug under the spout because there’s the water catcher basin is there. But I just think it’s a good idea to avoid overflow.

What do you mean by ‘help’? If you mean that you want to apply for them while you’re here in Australia, yes you can.

@@mzeve8964yup. That’s what I did for my in-laws.
Just one issue, you should only adjust the grind while the grinder is running. I.e. while the beans are being consumed by the machine. The reason for this is to prevent damage to the grinder by causing it to jam . If you adjust the grind when the grinder is not running, you can jam coffee beans between the grinding surfaces. By having the grinder running while adjusting, this bean jamming can't happen. You're half way correct in you make a coffee while adjusting, but you only have a brief few seconds to do this while the beans are moving in the hopper.

You have to take that spout apart and clean it properly - on any fully automatic, not just wipe it. Inside it is FULL of build up caked in grounds, and even mold in some cases. Delonghi's have a phillips screw below and between the two nozzles. remove it to start, and you'll find another Phillips screw. There's a youtube video on this and it takes a bit of work, but I'd say you want to do this every 6 months to a year. (th-cam.com/video/qb1vLCF5wfss/w-d-xo.htmli=iVcqLQltNqH6xvx6) I just took apart my Jura C60 and it's nozzle was "Disgusting" after about 3 years of light daily use. And what you refer to as the coffee filter is called the "Brew group". It is great that this machine, Saeco's, and some others allow these to be easily removed for cleaning. Not so on Jura machines. However, if you have a Jura, take out the catch box, and reach in with a wet paper towel with two fingers to the very back, and then up until you feel the flat round disc. Wipe it clean weekly to save your self a costly trip to a dealer when that is all that is needed. Not cleaning it will eventually allow it to clog and then the machine struggles to pour a shot and you think the water pump is done, but no, the disc just needs cleaning.

Hi Gabb on my 3rd machine 1 st one bought November 2023 and this third REPLACEMENT…🤦🏻 Am I not setting it up correctly..? I follow instructions clean descale all of the guidance vids watched but they all do not light up any Milk coffee drinks.. swiched on off allow time for heat up but not one milk drink light comes on all the other 3 options for exspresso and coffee Doppio+ come on the hot water works when change the milk container ..But when Milk container back in - connected no Lights .. what am I doing wrong 8 month 3 machines .🤦🏻 any answers welcome🇬🇧

My milk is not frothing the way it used to and the coffee and milk no longer forms layers. I followed your cleaning video as I realised I did not take of a part but it's still the same. Any ideas?
Hmmm? Have you tried applying pressure on the bottle when it’s pouring out the milk? I’ve have this issue a couple of times and I noticed it was because of a leak due to the bottle not being attached properly. Hope this helps.
