I do not worry about the future for I live in the present the best way I can. I do not regret the past for the bad experiences and I cherish every good memory of my life.I drink plenty of water with a cup of morning coffee and evening tea. I love fruits, salads, cakes and my own home cooking. I received beef from friends recently. I fried few pieces of beef with vegetables & hot chillies for Thai rice noodles. I cooled the hot chilly taste with sweet mangoes and blue berry from my garden that I will soon abandoned after I move away from Delhi. I am anxious Delhi will become dryland with earthquakes.
