@@HANOMotorsports that’s crazy. I’ve run a best of 13.80 so far. 4x4 rcsb 5.0. It’s a 2022 but that’s crazy. DA was 3440 today though 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

@@HANOMotorsports I took the spare off. I’m running with VAS 3/5 kit and helper bags. Got 20 inch welds s156 wheels and proxy stIII tires. The rest is stock. Maybe it’s my launch method.

The tune disabled that and auto/start stop. The VDE hardware will remain intact until L&M Engines releases cams for this truck.

Phaser bolts backed out. Had incorrect torque values for ARP hardware. No issues ever since.

No resonator.

I, too, grew up living vicariously through the exploits of magazine articles and it led to bench racing arguments all throughout high school. The days when we would draw manufacturer logos on the paper text book covers and our backpacks led to trying to recreate our dreams as we inevitably grew into adults. Thank you for the memories you brought back. ❤ This truck has routinely exceeded my expectations.

@HANOMotorsports I kind of want to see how far I can take this truck because I ran a 12.7 FBO tuned with weight reduction. I want to cam the truck soon, too.

@@HANOMotorsports do you have suspension done as well? I’ve ordered VAS 3/5 suspension with traction bars, 20 inch s156 welds, Toyo proxy ST III, and plan to order velocity LT headers and do 93/e85 tune. Looking for similar results like yours hopefully. Also will do weight reduction when playing. 2022 5.0 rcsb with 3.73 gears.

@@shammahjenkins8870 ​​⁠ Suspension was totally stock and I had stock 265/70r17 tires. Your truck should be a bit quicker with headers and 3.73’s. My boy Gabriel’s truck was always a little quicker than mine. He did a convertor too and runs 11.30’s now.

I’m not entirely sure but I will find out soon.

Man, I’d be pissed off if a work truck kept pace with my $220k car. The look of disgust from owners of garden variety late model V8 cars is very satisfying.

@@HANOMotorsports modern car scene definitely be like… “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times” Absolutely hooked on your progress you’ve made on this build. It’s all to easy to throw boost at these F-150s and immediately be deep into the 11s. But proving that small, incremental n/an improvements can do the same is massively impressive. Impressive regarding both the platform, and your patience and skill. Keep at it man 🫡

Truck has been tuned for 10k of the nearly 13k miles I’ve racked up. Zero issues.

@@petergalvez6431 pretty sure livernois can actually tune them as of right now with there my calibrator device. I was just scared to see the 24 weighs almost 400 more lbs then the 23. How can that be?

Some drone but it’s not intrusive. Take the tail pipe off? Quite a bit of drone.

Yeah, it wasn’t a hot rod but I enjoyed it.

I believe at that point the only mod was a cold air. I had also removed the jack/spare tire and resonator back section of exhaust. The rest was as delivered from Ford.

Not yet. They’re impressive trucks in their own right and are a little easier to go fast to a point.

@@HANOMotorsports I'm gonna look for a 5.0 10 speed F150 this year. Do you recommend the 2021+ over 2018-2020 ? Also the RCSB 4x4 are super rare it seems

@@Highlander1432The 18-20 trucks have a more usable RPM range. You can’t go wrong with the Gen 3 trucks.. Ford installed cylinder deactivation on the 21+ trucks and, as a result, less aggressive camshafts. Typical peak power is between 6800-7200 but that depends largely on which Mustang intake manifold you’re running. I had to order mine from the factory to get what I wanted or travel to another state.

@HANOMotorsports Very good info I appreciate it I'm hoping inventory opens up some because I don't want to drop $45k on a brand new truck....more like $30-$35k on a used one owner truck Definitely plan on doing ported GT manifold, intake, headers and OZ omega tune
