    Can I ask where you learned or heard that strawberry plants only produce 1 year? They produce 3- 5 years and even after that they will still produce just production will go down. The runners are new plants like you said and will grow your strawberry patch. Enjoy! 😊

    Well done on your progress to date. Always good to check in with you. You seem almost ready for the Winter. But ouch! I'm wincing every time you throw a potato into the barrow. They bruise and it doesn't help the potato to store well. Please be gentle.

    Even though your cabbage didn’t produce many heads, you can slice the leaves up and cook them like collard greens, and they are great! You can also do this with brussels sprouts and broccoli. Virtually anything in the cabbage family. There’s no reason for the chickens to get all the good stuff. 😎
