Aimee you and Richard made good on all that meat. Looks good too. I wish all states were like Alaska, and had the road kill law. I'm not sure if my home state ofWest Virginia has that law or not. Always good to see an animal processed and preserved rather than going to waste.

LOL, roadkill. We are on the roadkill list for Alaska. I find it amazing how we all celebrate, we we won the lottery, when we get that call to go pick up a moose or caribou that has been hit by the train or by a car. Such a unique life.

What do moose meat taste? Like did you ever make a moose burger? Must be good I wish I could taste it.
It tastes like a fully grass fed beef with a gamey hit in the front, not too gamey though. It might be because the moose was a young lad, last years calf. We need a new grinder to make some burger, heh. Thanks
I have not done any canning for a few years, it is nice to see you do yours. Question for you. When do you take the rings off your jars? All the ones I saw in your video had rings on them. That can be a problem for you and hide a failure of canning process. Please keep your family safe.
