Would it have been simpler to remove the engine with a forklift? That's how Greyhound used to do it. Then you could have lowered it onto a trailer or flatbed tow truck.

wow that bus almost killed u on live camera, i think the reason that happen was the bus was uneven on one side, the jacks started sinking into the soil that was more damp with water, its a good thing it wasnt to high off the ground or else it would have cap-side.

March 30th happens to be my Birthday!

One thing I have never understood about these buses. Why do they not have vertical shuters to face forward to help get air to the radiator when moving. I have had truckers tell me that they had to run their trucks really hard to get them hot enough to run efficiently since their rads are up front. They could be adjustable due to ambient temperature. Everything I have seen is that these can overheat easily.
