That meatloaf looked amazing! We like to cut sweet potatoes in half, coat with olive oil , turn cut side down in casserole and sprinkle on Redmond salt. Roast at 400 til done, usually 40-50 minutes, when tender. Val C

I haven't been able to get filters for our Berkey. The EPA told them they couldn't sell any more filters until the EPA could prove or disprove Berkey's claims on filtration. We bought it in 2019 and are still using the same filters, and they still work. In my opinion, Zero Water is the best, but we spent a small fortune on filters. I refuse to drink tap water because I firmly believe Fluoride is a neurotoxin. We had upgraded to a 2-gallon glass Zero Water Carafe. However, due to the high cost of filters, we replaced it with the Berkey because of the long filter life. Except for the EPA getting in the way for the exact same claims your new one is making we love it.

Amanda I understand you did do research for a water filtration system. I’m going to say something. I am not saying this to be negative but I am very concerned about a glass container for water filtration. I want to suggest you do research on algae growth. Here are my thoughts. I can only see one issue with this filter system. You won’t want this in any sunlight or direct sunlight. Dangerous algae will grow in this glass container. In very little sun light. That is why other water filtration containers use a stainless steel container. Algae will start to grow in as little as 4-12 hours then they grow more rapidly. I encourage You to do your own research on algae. I’m only telling you this I had a family member get ill off of algae water. GOD BLESS

Love leftovers and turning one thing into another, the provencal salad looked super yummy especially with the salmon. Your daughter stle the show, hamming it up in her lovely giftfrom your brother - you should totally screenshot a snippet from the video and send it to him, that's a priceless memory right there with her being so proud and you looking slightly horrified together hahaha. I always like to add a bit of something like olives or relish or capers to my chicken salad, yours looked tasty. 💚

I love a good chicken salad. Next time put chopped apple & somecurry powder...WOW is it AMAZING! Do you have a video on your raspberry jam or did you film this one? I have that same 5# bag from Azure in my freezer & would like to do the same thing soon! Love your knowledge and passion for fresh cooking!

I love new adventures! I usually find inspiration on Pinterest. Today I found a use for my leftover cranberry sauce I had in the freezer from thanksgiving. I made cranberry sauce scones and also some crepe batter to use for tomorrow morning with the rest of the cranberry sauce. A win! Thanks, I love your videos!

My freezers and pantry are packed, so I am so excited for this pantry challenge!

Oh Amanda, I received bread loaf pans that have lids. I have already used them and I love them. My loafs are beautiful. Perfectly square. I use a sourdough recipe that uses yeast, I find if I don’t use yeast my bread is way too dense. Have any suggestions about sourdough bread without yeast? Happy New Year to you and yours. Loving the same life lol. My green bean harvest was so sad. Next year..... I found some organic green beans at Sam's and canned some up but not even close to fresh ones! I also started cleaning out the freezer and freeze dried mango, pineapple, and other frozen fruit. A friend gave me 13.5 doz eggs. I freeze dried them all and she paid me with half back. Yaay and Yaay. My challenge will only be for Jan but I am psyched. Hubby, not so much lol. Best of luck and post some of your meals please!!

Does water expire? I bought up two 24 bottles packs in August for backup. Grr it says expired. This has my biggest issue with stocking up! Can’t afford anything extra just try do what I can for an emergency! It seems to expire before I use them up

I'm ready to jump in to the Pantry Challenge along with no spend for 90 days In March I will re-evaluate to decide if I want to keep going. I am going to allow 20 bucks per week to buy any essentials and fresh fruits and veggies. I have not decided about my azure pick up yet. I made a couple of loaves of bread some bagels and tortillas yesterday for the week ahead. I am pretty serious about making all of our bread products this year. It's nice to see so many families ready to take on this challenge. Good Luck!!

This is how I learned in school how to remember how many days are in each month!Thirty days has September, April, June and November. All the rest have thirty-one. Except February, twenty-eight day clear and twenty-nine in each leap year. God bless.
