We get a half a cow at a time and I always immediately take 10 pounds and make freezer meatballs. I bake them, flash freeze them, and put them in gallon ziploc freezer bags. That way I can take out as many as I want for spaghetti, meatball hoagies, Swedish meatballs, etc. It is sooo convenient to have those in the freezer!!

I love making meatballs to freeze. I do 2-3# each of ground Italian sausage, ground pork, & ground beef. They are so good!

Everything looks great! You probably already know this, but I freeze raw meatloaf in baggies. Once in the baggie I squish it out thin, that way it thaws quickly. And those mushroom stims ( I know I am spelling wrong 😂) thrown in when making beef bone broth would be delish.

Totally have the same tomato thought for next year....finding now that I didn't plant enough paste type to do what I want/need...don't like using my slicers...too much juice and seeds

For some reason you are now very small footprint on my tv. Like on your phone. Is there a setting I can look at to change to lg. The rest of my channels are all full screen.
