Hey Amanda! First time here! We share some subscribers and one of them sent me over! I wanted to mention that our raw milk stays fresher longer if our fridge is below 40 degrees. Is your fridge temp 45?

I actually really liked the tumeric, nutmeg, paprika one. It felt like such an odd combination, but the flavor was great! As far as consistency/texture, it was more like mozzarella with moisture. I would absolutely make it again.
