LMNT has been endorsed by a few people I very much trust (Dr. Andrew Huberman being the most popular), so that's why I went with their ratio. Maybe it's not perfect according to some, but it's helped me feel more hydrated and have more energy so I'm happy with it!

You could use different juices to flavor it! I use pure pineapple juice because it's high in Vitamin C naturally and I love the taste. Any type of filtered water is better than tap water in my opinion, so just use what you have!

@@thehomeintent I would love to hear your thoughts after you’ve done some research. 😄 it’s kind of confusing to me as many of the Ketogenic “experts” here on TH-cam say they still use Redmond because the lead amounts only affects people who are nutritionally deficient. I just want to be careful. I bought Jacobson salt company Salt from Amazon. It’s from a bay in Oregon.

The video content is good and I won’t stop watching your videos just because of your voice but if you improve ,your subscriptions will improve. I mean this criticism to be constructive not mean in any way, you seem to be an interesting and capable couple. My wish for you is success, happiness and good health. Your closet was a great idea you took an area that was a bit of eyesore and made it into a very useful closet.

I've heard arguments from both sides! Now that we're on well water I'm not as concerned about water quality as I was in the city. I just continue to use my Berkey filter since I have it and I figure it's not going to hurt. Those are my thoughts!

Glad you liked it! I would love to switch to glass or stainless steel containers sometime but I haven’t tried any yet. I just got the plastic ones because they were inexpensive and easy to get. I wanted to buy 100 so I could make a bunch at once. Also, I have loved the glass straws. Been using them daily for months and no chips or breaks!
