TVR Chimaera - An elegant monster
Today, I’m going to tell you a story about a car with a beautiful sound, many unusual features, and a wild temper - the TVR Chimaera produced from 1992 to 2003.
The Chimaera became the best-selling TVR car not only in the 1990s but in the history of TVR.
The Chimaera was a small and tiny car and it was very which made it a very interesting and dynamic car considering its powerful engine.
It had many very unusual design quirks, but they all had an idea behind them.
The TVR Chimaera was a very fast and dynamic car with acceleration better than the Ferrari F40. And it was a very fun-to-drive and fun-to-handle car.
With the absence of any electronic driving helpers, the TVR Chimaera could give you a really pure and raw classic driving experience. A fully direct connection between you and the road multiplied by hundreds of horsepower. It was a car for an experienced, contained, reasonable, and cold-minded driver.
It was one of the last mass-produced British cars with such a pure and exciting driving experience. And it may be one of the best cars you can ever drive.

Absolutely brilliant cars. Go well, and handle nicely. They sound amazing too. Sadly, the build quality and reputation for unreliability has blighted the appeal when new and even now. Which has kept values suppressed, and makes them very affordable. Somewhat undeserved, as the loyal followers have improved many of the problems.

The 2i80 engine is the m110 block. It's in the 280sl...and two cars I own. W123 280 ce and w123 280 te. 185 hp. Bullet proof engine
I like your video very much, I own an Alfa 155 and can say it is a masterpiece, aggressive, elegant, sportly. equipped with powerful engines, it reaches high speeds in short time, a timeless shape. In spite has platform in common with Fiat Tempra, it was reinforced due the more power, it is very different from Fiat Tempra and Lancia Dedra; as you say, a piece of concentrated fun. Underrated by those who have never owned or driven it, loved by those who know it.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi. Great video. I just bought a CLK W208 230 Convertible - year 2000 in the UK (RHD). It's a project car to restore/repair, with only 68,000 miles but needs quite a bit of work. Does anyone know where I can get spares? Body panels, door cards and other items. Many thanks.
Maybe, Ebay or something like breakeryard.com? I'm not sure about UK sources for parts, sorry. In the US, I usually buy parts on Ebay. Good luck with your restoration project!
