Thank you. I just got my ZWO ASI294MC Pro. Planning to complete the sensor analysis. Your video was very helpful. Question on the last part where you reviewed the histogram brain settings. For this should I put the camera back on the telescope and aim at the sky? Should this be done during the day sunlight or in the night dark sky. Thank you.

Thank you very much young lady, for taking the time and sharing your knowledge, and producing a very informative how to. Especially for old folks like myself who were born BC (before computers). I am new to this amazing hobby/art form of astrophotography and I absolutely love it. However, I dread having to process because it can be very complicated, and all of the tutorials I have been watching and trying to follow along with, though great content, have left me in the dust because I am lacking in the fundamentals of computer navigation. This is by far the nicest and easiest tutorial process that I have come across. Great job. Thank you again, very much. I will now hit that subscribe button. I look forward to more great content from you.

Good tip, especially the painting and shower cap. Oh, at 15:44, I the diffraction spikes look off centered, which I think is from the secondary mirror not being absolutely centered. Can be adjusted easily by adjusting the spider. You'll figure it out once you see it. (Unless that's a choice. I suppose it could be.)

Sorry for the noob question here, but how do you figure out how far the sensor needs to be from the flattener or other items? Is it given on some kind of a spec sheet? How do I differentiate between accessories that are just "not compatible with my gear" from those that "just need a bit more space between them and the next bit"?

Just asking is there any advantage in using Altair software in preference to SharpCap for which you get a free 12month liecence when ever you buy an Altair camera. I have 5 Altair cameras and have only used Altair software once or twice, worked ok but for some reason DSS wouldn't accept the resulting frames for stacking. Found SharpCap to be more easy to use and useful, especially the latest version which includes sequencer, polar align, plate solve, etc. (I have downloaded NINA but find this more difficult to set up than SC sequencer). I know SC requies an annual fee of around £12 but thats hardly expensive these days.

Thank you very much for your video. I bought the ipolar a few days ago and it will arrive in November (the customs in my country are a little slow in doing their job). I have had problems aligning myself for a long time, I have a lot of expectations for this accessory, I have an EQ3 and I bought the adaptation for the HeQ5 since they have the same size (I was with a friend verifying this). What remains in my doubt is whether I have to continue rotating the mount parallel to it like a sharpcap. Greetings from Argentina.
