Pentax cameras have a reputation for lacklustre video performance. I have a number of Pentax Ks, my favorite is the my KP but I also have a K1mk1 and a K3mk1. For landscapes, macro, flowers and astrophotography Pentax are the bee's knees , for wildlife and sport they are okay but their video performance is weak. To complement my Ks I have an Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II which I use for wildlife and video, it has a micro 4/3 sensor which is brilliantly stabilised and very fast.
