Chicken Finger Parmesan with Pasta Recipe
Here's a very easy pasta casserole dinner, using some shortcuts. Start with boiling some pasta and line a casserole dish or cast iron pan with the pasta. Top it with some breaded uncooked chicken fingers, cover with sauce and cheese, then bake till chicken is thoroughly cooked and cheese is golden brown. Enjoy and Pasta Word!

OK, What did I learn? Not to buy that piece of whatever on your mixer. I will buy a pasta maker with the three settings on the attachment

Hello Guys have you discovered a way to make it where it keeps its shape and dosent go flat ? mine goes flat Why doesn't the box stuff collapse
I think the Kitchen Aid attachment that has the maker where the dough comes out flat and has the adjustments then put the flat dough through the spaghetti maker is better and a bit quicher as well as spaghetti is thinner.
You need to cover the dough when letting it rest so it doesn't dry out.

Your dough is on the edge of being too dry. Better than too wet I suppose. I've made a lot of pasta. I've never had a disaster but some were better than others. You're right, egg size differs.

Enjoyed this video. Turned this into low carb-Keto by using Egglife wraps and tried both the meat type and the veggie type. Used a low carb sauce, Rao’s. Delicious and keeps me on my lower carb way of eating. Did use those Egglife wraps for a nice lasagna, too using mini meatballs, cheeses and sauce. This recipe is very tasty and versatile!❤
