You know we like our pork in the Memphis area. That’s a good looking meal that doesn’t require bbq sauce. I love that you made it in the air fryer. Stay safe and warm!
Hi guys ! Great dinner ! Looks delicious ! Nice to be home cooking in a blizzard eh?!! ( Plenty of blizzards will be here eventually , so don't send us any please ). thanks for vloggin awesome videos eh!! Stay safe!! Deborah. Winnipeg, Canada
Looks great you two! How much snow do you have? When I was watching In the Kitchen with David at noon, he was saying that the snow was just starting in PA. We had some last night in SE MI, expecting more over the next couple of days.
Eric Theiss is famous for Copper Chef cookware, and he sponsors several appliances such as air fryers, pressure cookers and others. In may cases, he writes a cookbook to support the appliance. He's an experienced chef and is often seen on qvc and other shopping channels demonstrating his recipes.
@@PastaWord Thanks for the info. I do not watch shopping channels so I guess that is why I do not know of him but I will check out his cookbook next time I am in Target I would guess they would have it.
Nice~ Looks easy enough for me to make too! (Going to try it in the regular oven) lol. Real Cowboy cooking starts with Ken Rollins. Look him up on here. :)~
Yes, Bobby, I admire Cowboy Kent Rollins and I have cooked several of his recipes on my other channel (Check the link to Kathys videos in the description for this video. ) I learned a lot about how to work with cast iron cookware from him too, since he started out cooking for the workers on a ranch, and when he was out on the trail with his cooking wagon, he worked with cast iron. I'm glad you mentioned him, I'm going to bring out his cookbooks and dig in again. One of my favorites was his wife's meatloaf recipe.
Nice job! Love cookbooks. I just got "The Step by Step Instant Pot" cookbook by Jeffrey Eisner. I made the unstuffed cabbage roll stew, delicious and easy!!
We had pork tenderloin tonight too!
Wow that looks so good keep safe

That looks and sounds delicious. Our snow mostly melted away when we got rain after the snow storm. Crazy weather!

Thanks, for your comment, Cindy. I think you would like the taste. It's the first time I tried using coffee in a rub. It's a nice rich flavor.
Good Stuff!
Glad you enjoyed it
Looks great!
Thanks! We were so curious about the coffee rub. It came out pretty good!
