Wasn’t as bad as that but many of the beaches are not clean. You go for the for the fake Italian towns, cable car and water park. Not the beaches.

Wise to bring along a retractable small umbrella in a plastic bag to shield from the sudden tropical rain & don't forget to dry it in the hotel room , change to a lighter backpack & wear more cotten fabric clothings to lighten up the load when exploring KL in its tropical clmate! Insect repellent spray , wet antibac wet wipes , a paper notebook with pen in a ziploc to write notes & plastic bag to hold rubbish & stuff is recommended too. I was just there recently and I actually really enjoyed it even though it is bordering on over touristy. it is a gorgeous lake. I stayed in Pana and I had heard some negative things but I actually really liked it. It seemed pretty chill and the little Main Street with all the shops selling the same things it’s OK with me. I found a great coffee shop run by a guy who’s transplanted from Korea of all places !excellent coffee I think it was called Café Loco. The towns around the lake are cute and the Mayan people are very accommodating and hard-working mostly ladies doing different workshops for ceramics or weaving or chocolate. I will say the drive to the lake on that winding road was very unsettling and nauseating. It didn’t help that our driver was thinking he was a Formula One racer.

Thank you so much to show the truth about vietnam, not only there but everywhere there is a street like in saigon, which stinks of hell, all South East asia has a big hygiene problem and also food hygiene (street food can take you to the emergency room)

I'm here with my wife for our honneymoon. We have the swimout suite King size bed. Everything is so beautiful. The food taste like home. The rooms are made twice everyday. The public bathroom is super clean everytime we went. We have foud our go to place for our yealy trip. We full recommand this place !

I've noticed that in these type of videos, there's never a lot of people in the common areas. Is it because of the time of day the videos are shot?How is it at your apartment building? Do people congregate in the common areas at night?

Hey there, I’ve been living in Chiang Mai the past 6 yrs… It is now under invasion from CHINESE. They are buying up whole condo buildings and only renting out to fellow Chinese. They are buying up commercial buildings, arable land, businesses, you name it. The local Thais are getting VERY PEED OFF as the 🇨🇳 are diluting and destroying the chill charm of CM. The police just busted a HUGE SCAM CALL CENTRE here and yep, CHINESE. They are rude, loud and have no concern whatsoever about the customs and ways of Thailand….. do your own research, check out this recent article from Benarnews, “As Chinese buyers snap up Chiang Mai properties, Thais fear for future” and also “EXPLAINED: Why Thai analysts are wary of China’s rising influence”” … These articles are a MUST READ for those interested in the changing face of Thailand. I first came to CM in 1980 and lived here many times over the years, but because of the WORLDWIDE INVASION of Chinese, I’m looking for somewhere else to spend my remaining years, far far away from the toxic reds. Galápagos Islands maybe, Alaska, Greenland……. ????? Just kidding, but seriously, everywhere they go they DESTROY IT. Think Laos, Cambodia, Pacific Islands, South Africa to name a few. Even Australia is now under seige with Chinese…. Brrr hurrumph, SIGH……….

If weather in Bangkok just dropping like about 80 degrees . This city will be heaven. $700 a month is not bad if you compare the cost for stay at hotel .

It's a nice place, amenities is amazing.

It’s perfect for a short term stay whilst you find your feet and decide whether Bangkok is a long term commitment. Price wise, yes that’s about right between short and long term rentals for that condo A lot of nice facilities just like my seaview condo in Jomtien although aside from the gym, I don’t really use the rooftop pool, games room, gardens, quiet spaces etc
