@tonedeafmonk Thanks for the amazing review. It's very nice to see someone who talks about each product with passion and in many details, doing a great job. I would like to ask you something. I really liked Binary Dynaquattro. Its timbre, tuning, lack of BA or PZT timbre, which bothered me in other IEMs. I had Sm4, Estrella, KE4. Binars are perfect, the DD sound is an example for me, unfortunately a bit too big.... can Aful 5+2 be a competitor to them? Will they come close to this beautiful smoothness of the midrange, clarity of trebble and nice bass attack? Can you recommend any other IEMs with the same sound and smaller structure? Please give me a hint.

How does Klean compare to Sivga Que?

I've watched several reviews and read more. I have no idea why people say the ZS12 Pro X has a lot of bass. All i hear is super high mids and highs. There is next to no bass.

Monk, I got the KZ EDC Pro which HBB hyped. It is also a very well tuned Balanced IEM. Was wondering if the Klean would be a worthy upgrade? EDC Pro graphs similar to Delci but reviewers say the Delci sounds a little warmer which got me thinking that the Pro might be more inline with the Klean.

Are you going to review the kima 2? Looks like another banger.

purchased a PD5 some months ago and found it way too bright. As I bought it from aliexpress I asked for a return. The the brand store almost did everything to discourage me from return while I paid for a product that was to my ears way behind other dongles I use. I decided to stand by a few weeks for a new judgement but I trigered the return. I can tell you akliam does not handle post sales at all, arguing I was not serious. Aliexpress refunded me and guess what ? I see I am banned from their store that I cannot change my point of view (or not) with PD6. Maybe mine was defective, but clear I got no support. For me this is a brand to avoid strongly there are many other options .

Would you say the *EPZ Q5* and the *Truthear Red* are at the same level/tier of sound quality? I still don't know which one to buy. Thank you.

Although the manufacturer's name is AkLIAM, rather than AKLAIM, these dongles do seem to be worthy of acclaim.

Great review... as always. For your Onix Alpha... just get a better phone... or use it w your laptop. 😛 BTW, someone said the Onix is available on sales for a lower price. (Did you update the firmware or did you keep it at the original factory release?) I think you're spot on w the DC Elite and that's probably my next dongle unless something better comes along. On a different note... Can you do a video on upgrade or replacement cables for IEMs? I've got the Dita Project Ms and was curious about cable options and their impact on sound. ( e.g. would a silver cable make the iems sound too bright?) Thx

Excellent review and comparisons, highly informative, I hope you get the chance to compare the PD6 to the Kinera celest CD-20 as it also has the ES9039 , but with smaller chassis and very good tactile buttons.

Great review! I thought this might work for me because Shio had the same chip and according to reviews was on the warm side. I have the Dawn Pro and the Fosi DS1 (ESS) looking for a cheap warmer dongle to bring with me when I step out of the house. Can you recommend some other dongles ? Thanks
