The prices are always pinned in the comments section. That way I can change the prices as the house price changes if I publish it in the video then in two weeks when the price lowers, I can’t change it and that’s why I do not advertise the price in the video.

Beautiful home! We have glass doors on our car wash shower. My wife loves it because it keeps the heat in.."she gets cold easily" hence living in south Florida LOL

What’s the depth of the canal? Any bridges to get out to open water?
I think this one is finished to perfection. Really love the extended cabinets into the dining area, doors on the shower, electric fireplace on the lanai, and tiled dock. Only flaw for me..appears no handheld shower heads, but only rain shower head. Not practical as I cannot wash my hair everyday. I gotta stop watching these..They're exactly what I want and how i would build, but waayy too pricey pour moi😂

Maybe... but the property closed on June 4th for $1,349,900, which was the full asking price. Demand determines price and right now people want to live in south Florida on the water. The price to get that new construction with good gulf access has gone from 850K to 1-1.4 million to get the same property. Time will tell where it all goes.

Gorgeous home! The outdoor kitchen and fireplace are fabulous! I LOVE that mother of pearl tile in the primary bathroom too. Love the flooring, the fireplace feature wall, and the built in cabinets/wine fridge in the dining room. The tile on the concrete dock is a fun touch I haven’t seen before. Almost wish they went with something a little more bold because you don’t really see it until you are up close.
Did not love the kitchen cabinets. The style of the glass ones on top aren’t working for me. Also did not like the closets(would prefer built in ones). I don’t know how I feel about the glass doors on the shower. I would probably need them so my 3 pups wouldn’t run in, but the older I get, the less glass I want in the house. It’s a pain to always clean😭 One other miss(and this is always a miss for me on a canal lot)…I wish the builder went with a picture frame lanai for the unobstructed water view. Seems like so much work to rip out a brand new lanai to replace it with another one, but it’s always about the view for me.

Wow. Great feedback, thank you so much. Very appreciated. The points you make are all valid and I agree with them. At this high price, I would have the builder change out the screen to clear view. Side Note: I am not an analyst, I am a guy who enjoys filming the homes and of course I sell them, sometime 2-3 a month.
