Based on my experience, it really doesn’t matter what your title is when you join a firm in the beginning because you’re going to end up doing both (full stack) in the end, but that’s only when you’re lucky. If not lucky, you’re gonna do everything. You could get a raise by assuming more responsibilities, but most people move to another company for bigger chunk of money.
