Thanks for the heads up. I got a s22 the other week which im currently using to type this and i have doubts its real
To be fair, buying off eBay is usually safe when dealing with reputable sellers. Sometimes lemons like this can sneak through the cracks but this is luckily a rare case. The seller I purchased this phone from is highly reputable so I have no doubt they'll make sure everything is worked out!
Hopefully you can file a dispute for that
The seller is highly reputable so I'm thinking it'll be fine, just really surprised this passed eBay's refurbished program 🫣

Bro you're so underrated, you deserve more likes!
Thank you! Means a lot 😎
To perhaps to help increase your viewer base and subscribers give a little more detail of the parts and how to install them, such as CPUI, type of cooler and how to install, know you mention an issue with the sun going down, but giving a bit more detail, used to stream, ands found use of making a 'cheat' sheet, giving yourself points and info, as you install, you've got good presentation skill, nice video, you just to polish them a bit.
Thank you for the feedback! The two videos at the beginning were from a while back and I think my later videos definitely show some growth in the areas you mentioned. I think when I make another PC building video where I talk I'll make it a point to go over the parts in more detail and why I chose them. The first video I actually made a second part on where I went over those details but perhaps it'd be better to combine them into one video. Regardless, thank you for the good advice and constructive feedback!
I just need it for minecraft😅
Now that's PC-tastic
😎
interesting
i don't wanna sound like a nerdie but a graphics card = the whole thing a GPU = a part of it which is soldered on the board via BGA
Everyone calls them GPU because it's easier to say and type out, even if it isn't the most technically accurate 😎 Thanks for the info though
Sorry for how cringey the one-handed unboxing is, I'm not at home so I don't have my usual gear for videos 😅
Hey! That's my phone 🙄🤣
What a nice new phone 🩷

i used a mining-specific Sapphire pulse rx 6600 (sapphire Gpro X060) with a regular pulse 6600 bios, worked a treat and got it for pretty cheap
That's awesome 😎
I love watching it, very relaxing
Thank you!

WAT
Great card for my nephew's first gaming pc and even for my classic rig. Love playing older games like Roller Coaster tycoon, sims and rts games with it. For the price its fantastic and is still capable in 2024 for someone who wants to get into gaming but doesn't have the time or budget to go full into a major rig.
Nice combination of hardware🔥🔥

can you make a guide how to flash normal bios
@@erkam3 There are some good guides on TH-cam already but maybe if I feel like I'd add anything to them I'll make one 😎
Did you notice if the speeds were lowered vs normal (or undervolted)?
I checked the speeds of the stock 580 vBIOS and they seemed to be roughly around what you'd expect!
How about $3 😏
You need a particular dvi digital cable and it wont work with adapters for full refresh rate dvi analog cables stuck at 60hz
That's why I just buy gtx 1660ti because of this reason
To be fair, the 1660ti is quite a bit more expensive than the 580 mining models. I got this one for $30. But the 1660ti is still a great budget card 😎
Haha thought I was the only one using a mining GPU for gaming. Instead of RX580, Try P106-100. It’s basically a GTX 1060 without any display output. it uses iGPU for display and P106-100 for the rendering. it supports higher framerate depending on your iGPU, better driver stability, and lower power use than the RX 580. Only downside is you’ll need an iGPU and at least a 3rd-gen Intel CPU-or Ryzen CPU
with the hz and shit you need to go into the display part i think in amd software then you have to accept a eula
Yeah, I tried that actually. Just kept saying my monitor didn't support it even though I put in all the right clocks 🤣
my 580 goes up to 80 degrees at full load what can i do about it?
@@madcatmk213 Clean and repaste is the best first step. Maybe a better cooler but that might not be worth the price. As a last resort I'd try some undervolting
Repaste and clean it
maybe adjust the fan curves
The ports for display can be soldered onto the card and by flashing a normal bios, you can get the ports working . You can also get this card to use as an encoder for software such as handbreak or ffmpeg. These mining gpus are incredibly underrated for their capabilities, especially for encoding video.
That's pretty cool to know! It makes sense I suppose, they use the same exact board design as their normal cards. And yeah, I think a lot of people overlook these cards because they were used for mining but honestly as long as they were taken care of I don't see the issue, especially at these prices!
In most mining cards like p104/p106 they don't even have the display chipsets, it might work on this one because it already has one for the dvi, but not on those more common ones
Bro change your profile that's creepy ☠️

It's not widescreen? OH MY GOD!!! HOW CAN YOU LOOK AT A SCREEN THAT ISN'T WIDESCREEN??? Anything less than 40" with an 8K resolution and a 300Mhz refresh rate is just completely unusable!!! You might as well be trying to use an Etch-a-Sketch as a monitor!
🤣 My main reason for disliking that it's not widescreen isn't purely because it's not widescreen, it's because basically everything modern (which I interact with on a daily basis) is designed around being on a widescreen monitor. I think if this monitor were a bit larger and if modern applications and websites were designed around its aspect ratio, I'd have no issues using it!
@@BrandanFischer At the moment, I'm actually using a black, 19" version of that exact same monitor. Dell, 4:3. stand that swivels in all directions, etc. Yes, TH-cam videos get letterboxed when I put them in "fullscreen", but it's not that bad. When I want to watch a movie, I plug my computer into a TV. I've thought about just using the TV as a monitor, but even 30" is too big for daily use. The problem is that my eyesight isn't the greatest, even with glasses, so I can't just sit back and read the entire screen, and when I get closer, I can only see part of it at once. Good for movies, not so good for text. I have a widescreen Samsung monitor/TV that I may eventually switch to, as soon as I can figure out how to attach the fancy HP stand that I have, to it. It has the same range of motion as the Dell stand, including rotating the screen 90 degrees, which comes in handy for emulation of some games, which display sideways. Then again, I want to make sure that whatever widescreen I use will also display 4:3 screen modes correctly, without stretching them, or cutting off the top and bottom edges due to overscan. One of my biggest pet peeves is images not being displayed in the intended aspect ration, and/or not being fully displayed. I have a friend who has his TV set to stretch everything to fill the screen, and it drives me crazy.
No mre than 10 bucks. Failures expected anytime.
@@devil8975 I would say it definitely depends on the seller and how well they took care of them
I'm currently on a rx580 myself, it's not one of these series which doesn't have HDMI ports, but I bought it used and it was actually mined before, been using it for a year and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. Exceeded my expectations.
@@darkhistory1313 Yeah, I think people often overplay how damaged these cards are. Of course there are cases of them not being taken care of so of course they'll be a bit iffy, but if the person that mined with them took care of them then it shouldn't be too bad 😎
Tbf the minimg ones are run 24/7 yes but sometimes undervolted and underclocked, and are kept cool. So most of them work fine and run really good. They are showing their years now, but are still a strong choice for budget builds.
It would be nice if you used anti aliasing on the last resolution. I was kinda curious if it would help making things more recognizable while keeping the analog aesthetic.
I have tried with anti aliasing before (I believe on the first episode in RE4 Remake) and it kinda just looked super smeary unfortunately
Looks like those ai generated gameplay videos. Try stacking lossless scaling with a game that has fram gen as an option, and if you have an amd gpu, stack it with amf2
That would be WILD lol. In-game frame gen + Lossless scaling frame gen + AFMF2 frame gen would look diabolical 😭
Games never looked like that. Native 240p on a 4:3 crt screen vs 90p on a 16:9 modern screen
Of course it's not a 1:1 comparison given the differences in tech, but I do recall some older arcade games having that blurry look whether due to the resolution or due to the tech used for the screens
Replied before I even finished the video
@@pimplepimp 🤣
you could active DLSS on "Ultra-Performance" this way, DLSS will take the original res (800x600?) and downscale it by 4x (I guess). Which would be 200x150? :D
I was considering using FSR initially, but I found that it forced anti aliasing and looked too good vs this janky method I found 🤣
Ive been using this phone for 3 weeks from an iPhone 14 pro max. I absolutely love it
I love playing at ???p
Me too!
Not James turning into a bacon hair in Roblox and the monsters are just Slenderman now 😂
Awesome video! I have the black version of the Dell 1908FP Ultrasharp 5:4 monitor. I use this as a second monitor for basic tasks, such as viewing videos, websites, documents, etc. It's a perfect alternative for a budget second monitor, especially for it's compact size if you don't have a lot of room.
