The idolatrous and treacherous Ahaz, who sent his men after the returning Assyrians and slaughtered 185,000 Assyrian soldiers in the dark of night while they slept although these did not fire a single arrow at Jerusalem and were content with Ahaz having abdicated in favor of his son Hezekiah, this wicked Ahaz is the cause of the destruction of Jerusalem by the Babylonians including the First Temple, and the decline of the Assyrian Empire

The law of Roman Empire is one must declare oneself Catholic Christian - any other nominal profession is considered to be of a heretical sect. Also the law of the Roman Empire is the Pope of Rome has Primacy of Jurisdiction and Magisterium overseeing the other particular churches of whole Catholic Church. Union with the Apostolic See of Ancient Rome is the also the law of Roman Empire. The Orthodoxy of Saints Ambrose and Augustine who both taught the Filioque was confirmed in the Fifth Ecumenical Council in 553 A.D. The Per Filium or Filioque clause was professed by the Patriarch of Constantinople St Tarasios at the Seventh Ecumenical Council, Nicaea II in 787 A.D. (which also professes the All-Holy and Immaculate Virgin Theotokos) Thus it is of the Orthodox Faith to add into a Symbol of Profession. Also the Catholic Church cannot be split as it is the Mystical Body of Christ and cannot lose its unity. Those who are outside the Catholic Church find no salvation there. This was professed solemnly by the Roman Empire and Eastern and Western bishops of the Catholic Church per the Council of Florence. If we want a living example of the context for the first split in the church we can look in the at the Patriarch of the Moscow who is willing to provoke the second split in the orthodox church ... so its not so difficult to observe the live process not just some old documents. There is a prophecy about the second Pope ... and it will happen at the Moscow... politic people and motivations has a strong support for the next coming split of the Eastern Church.

What prevented Nestorianism from becoming a dominant religion in China is probably the landscape in which it found itself operating. The ancient romans were polytheists, but meanwhile they had the concept of "divinity", the persians were zoroastrians and therefore monotheists. The chinese, on the other hand, did not have the concept of a personal god, the Tao of traditional chinese religion is an impersonal cosmic providence, while Buddhism has absolutely no concept of God. When catholic missionaries centuries later had to translate the Bible into chinese they had quite a bit of trouble, as there was no equivalent term for "God" in chinese language.

Do you believe these scriptural references about Christ Jesus? This is scripture, not the doctrines of men. 1 Timothy 2:5 KJV 'For there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus." (Not Mary) 1 John 2:1-2 KJV "We have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: and he is the propitiation for our sin: and, not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world." Hebrews 7:25 KJV. "Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them." For there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus, who is the propitiation for our sins, who ever liveth to make intercession for us." Leviticus 17:11 KJV "For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. The passover lamb was the sacrifice God wanted to spare the Israelites in Egypt: Exodus Chapter 12 Jesus was the passover lamb for mankind: John 1L19 KJV Jesus's sacrifice was once for ever: Hebrews 9:12: "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in ONCE into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." Hebrews 10:12: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;" Baptism kills our bodies, making us free from sin: Romans 6:3-7 KJV "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin, for he that is dead is freed from sin." Jesus even took away all the laws and ordinances so they could no longer be held against us. Colossians 2:14 KJV "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross." HIs blood eternally redeemed us, cleansed us of our sins by his one sacrifice forever, he took away the laws that were against us, killed our bodies in baptism, freed us from sin. "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus had made us free from the law of sin and death." Romans 8:1,2 KJV. We are free from sin and citizens in the kingdom of heaven now. "If the Son shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." John 8:36 Exodus 20:4,5 KJV "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God." "Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God." Leviticus:26:1 KJV Luke 1:38 KJV "And Mary said, Behold the HANDMAID of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word." Mary admitted she was the Lord's handmaid, not his mother. Jesus showed Mary was not his mother. Matthew 12: 48-50 KJV "Then one said unto him, Behold thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him, Who is my mother? And who are my brethren? And he stretched out his hand toward his disciples, and said, behold my mother and my brethren. For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother"

During the Schism of 1054 Rome took the Name Roman Catholic since the Roman Patriarchate took a Name the other 4 Patriarchates had to take a name to distinguish between them and the Roman patriarchate. They took the name Orthodox Meaning the correct Doctrine and they are still united till today. We need to understand that Rome was also Orthodox for the first 1000 years The Church that Jesus Built although the Filioque had come from north of Africa had taken hold in Spain in France and Germany soon the only person that was saying the Original Creed was the pope in the Vatican. After the Schism the Pope started and accepted the Filioque. After the Schism Rome started with the superiority complex started with Heresies, Inventions, and in some instances falsehoods to push for their inventions. Also in Rome 10 of the popes had children with girl friends and Pope Alexander had a son with his own daughter. The church had try to reunite however Rome still wanted to be the superior although the church had given Rome the Honor but not the superiority. Rome always until today has been changing and since Vatican II it has completely changed. By the way the Original Creed it was on plaques on the door of Saint peter in Rome they have been moved and they are hidden inside but if you ask they will show them to you. In this video there are other minor things that are not discussed but are very minor.

I’ll save yall the trouble; the first crusades were a response to the Muslim empire’s mass expansion and brutal jihad. Seeing no other way to unite a bunch of petty nobles, the current pope called for a counter holy war, and subsequently saved Europe from Muslim domination. As with most stuff it was abused later and its later bloody history overshadows what actually started them.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: Who is now the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. Jesus isn't God but a goat or more precisely a scapegoat. It takes time for an idiot to realize and understand that Christianity in fact is a LOVE SCAM created by the Roman. The only way for forgiveness and promised heaven is to accept Jesus as the Saviour. Let he takes the penalty because he is the son of God. How can God have a son, did The Creator of the universe fuck himself? Anyhow son of God in Roman understanding is a king or an emperor and surely he comes out from someone's pussy. It is totally in contrast of what the Jewish understanding. God is not man that he should lie, or a son of man that he should change his mind. Has he said and will he not do it? Or has he spoken and will he not fulfill it? (Numbers 23:19) The church has successfully turns bribery into something holy. Freedom ain't free, they've to pay for their sins. The money then goes to the Illuminati, Watcher, Dajjal or whatever they called Antichrist is. In the end, this secret society whom also the bank owners become so rich and powerful. So they become the master of puppets and be in control of the world's order.

You should read the early church fathers. For example, they might compare the Father and the Son to the sun and its radiance-distinct yet inseparable, with the radiance sharing in the essence of the sun. Such metaphors can help illustrate the concept of shared divine essence without implying physical generation or separation. The established, institutionalized church did not invent any of these ideas. These discussions have been well documented by the early church fathers who existed and wrote during times of persecution.

Ignatius of Antioch, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus of Lyons, Tertullian, Clement of Alexandria, Origen all predated the council of Nicaea ranging from 100-253AD and they all argued for the divinity of Jesus. What is your proof that earlier Christians did not believe the Messiah was equal to God?

He says Jesus Christ is “God-and-Man in One agreed”. “Jesus Christ our God was conceived by Mary … “. “The age-old empire of evil was overthrown, for God was now appearing in human form to bring in a new order …”. This is just one letter from the Church Fathers. The early church clearly believed Jesus was the Messiah and God.

Book of fairy tales. That's why most authors were anonymous, and Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John have different stories of how events supposedly happened, Christ's birth, death, trial, etc... it was made up. Think people, because religion makes idiots out of millions. I use to be one.

Lol...Invented?? Almost nothing in Christianity is original. It's all recycled myths from older religions.

Too far-fetched. Why don't they unite now with the true Religion the Holy Roman Catholic Apostolic Church under the Holy Father in Rome.

There’s was never a so called schism because there’s ONLY ONE CHURCH and that’s the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church which is also the mystical body of Christ on earth! There was stupidity on both side’s but disobeying Rome lead’s to HELL. The orthodox became CULTS when they broke,(rejected),Rome in 1054AD,plus they arrogantly reject the Filioque and purgatory which is biblical. Protestant’s including the Orthodox say with Satan WE WILL NOT SERVE the infallible Magisterium of the holy Catholic Church therefore they are anathema - outside of salvation! If a person wilfully rejects the holy Catholic Church they are damned - it’s as simple as that. Please watch the following video’s - the warning or illumination of conscience by Christine Watkins. The Papacy can not be destroyed. Don’t call protestant’s Christian! Following padre Pio who show’s the true beauty of Catholicism which is everyone’s true home! God bless. Praise Jesus and Mary always!!! Ps I tell protestant’s and the orthodox to leave there man made CULTS and come home! Question why did an entire orthodox parish convert to Catholicism through the powerful intercession of padre Pio IF they were already Christian? Do Christian’s become Christian?

Both wings have become corrupted in their doctrine and practice. They did not remain true to the bible. Catholicism is the worse of the two.

People don't seem or want to think about the FACT that humans were on this planet for thousands and thousands of years without any "bible" in sight and they managed quite well without one tribes superstition being shoved down their throats.

Do you mean to say that if we disregard biblical history for a moment, Jewish or Christian, and only look at tribal religions in the Americas or Africa, or Hinduism, Islam, Zoroastrianism or anything else then people were just fine and happy?
