This is the second time I've put this video on TH-cam due to my computer so hopefuly it is right now. Fishing has been going slow for me this year so I decided to try another area as well as earthworms, turns out Wrasse and Gurnard love them at Meadfoot. OK so I'm not that good at fishing however I am always keen to learn and at Budleigh Beach, I met Driss a member of the Exmouth Sea Angling Association who said he was targetting Ray that night, He gave me some really good advice on where and how to start and not much later he was able to land one over 10lbs. Fishing for Wrasse is something nearly everyone can get fun out of you must be kind to these lovely fish, take a picture and get them back to the water soon. I use a landing net for the larger one's but most are small with fantastic colours.

I thought I'd take a trip to Plymouth this time try a bit of fishing and take a look around for another day. It's got some great places to fish so I will be going back there some time soon hopefully.

So I was out trying to catch fish from Brixham harbour and then these two turned up messing around and playing like pups. They are so fast and will take your bait or eat the fish you've caught when reeling in so I stopped fishing to film them.

On this cold winters day I've decided to think of a happy time and Maldon Steam Fair was just one of so many. What's on your mind? #steamfair

Lets me start by saying Happy Christmas. Each year I try to get out sea fishing somewhere close to Christmas this year I left it a bit late but managed to go on the 23rd and here is some of what happened. If you look I was using a spark plug as a weight as it tends to be a bit rocky. It was really good to see Dolphins there. Best wishes for next year. Mark.

When things with my sea fishing weren't going so well i.e. I was finding it hard to catch anything I took up a bit of pike fishing so this is a short video taken the other day. Hope you like this one.

On another day this may be a good place to go fishing and I did learn a lot about adapting to the conditions. I can't be the only person fishing who wishes to catch anything when it looks like you are going to blank but as you can see there is always other things going on around. It,s been sometime since I've fished off the end of Haldon Pier Torquay but this time I took a friend along so was really hoping we would get something.

What a time I had out fishing couldn't believe a massive Tuna came out of the water just 40 foot away, I caught a Blue lobster plus Pilchards for the first time along with Whiting Mackerel Dog fish small Conger eel Rockling and Blenny's etc. Fantastic. Thanks for watching sit back and enjoy.
