I didn't realise at the time how rare these Blue lobsters are, such a beautiful crustacean. Caught off the rocks in Devon waters. Fantastic, best catch ever for me my first lobster and it's a rare one.
At first, I thought it was a spider crab but when I realized it was a Lobster I had to try really hard not to loose it then when I saw how nice its colour was made it even more special. I mentioned it to my wife and she googled it only to find they are 1 in 2 million. Looked like had been in the wars as one claw was smaller than the other so I was more than happy to see it go back to the sea. Thanks again Kevin good to hear from you. Mark.
@@Manofthemoment100 Hi, after watching the Fish Locker quite a bit, I wonder if one claw is a crushing claw and the other a cutting claw. It's great when these unexpected surprises turn up, just adds icing to the cake that is fishing! Was fishing at Brixham with my wife this summer and caught my first Ballan Wrasse! Completely unexpected but made the day! Really wishing this rough weather would give us a chance, good to see you are still out and about. Best wishes, Kevin
