Same issue, unreliable connection. I was just having a game session and the sound cut off and now I had to restart my pc and unplug the dongle multiple times to get it to work again

I have had nothing but problems since getting this head set. The sound is like its coming from a tin can in my neighbours garden. It completly removed bluetooth from my PC when installed first, every day there seems to be a new issue. Its lost all 7.1 ability which works with only a few games. I wish I never bought it tbh. You need a job in computer science to use. Completly unuser friendly and dont even get me started about opening up a ticket with support I was looped around for days before I got talking to an actual person and the amount of information they asked me for when dealing with me was insane. If you look up their youtube set up Vid its says step 1 plug in step 2 why are you still here? I wanted to smash them tbh.

I used my Barracuda X for about 1 year before the battery died on me, "which was totally my own fault." Don't use a high voltage phone charger, like I did, instead load the Headset via USB on your PC.

That's why I didn't buy Argon Audio A4 Fenris, many people complained about background noise...

Hello, thank you for the video. I search for Speakers for hearing radio and other Musik. At the moment using Computerspeakers over audiojack. The same i want to do with these Presonus Speakers. When i turn them on the musik should play without turn them on. When the soket is on they should play musik suddenly over Audiojack. Are they able to?

I have these speakers. They had the hiss from day one which I could live with but after a few months they started making a constant screeching noise, even with no input, even with the second speaker detached. I will be avoiding Presonus forever now.

The only thing i cant figure out is connect mine to my phone without the Dongle i misplaced mine

Haha some of the reason you mentioned are actually selling points for me, like the look and the detachable microphone. I feel more relaxed knowing my mic is completely detached, I've had instances where the tiltable mic was titled upwards to be on mute but in reality it still picked up my voice 🥲

Agreed, I'm using 4.5 2. Gen same issue tried everything but to no avail, learn that some component inside makes this noise can't solve gg for who bought these speakers 😢

Are there any new updates on this? Just bought myself a pair of Barracuda X and this aint working with the usbc extender. Device isnt recognised by my computer and even when plugged by wire, sound is ok but microphone is undetectable. Any new suggestions?

I got 2023 edition for USS100 (discount!) couple days ago, and no issues, for now. Surely sound wise they do not compare to my 6 years oldie Sennheiser Game One, but I really wanted to go wireless. I am waiting for PC38X wireless edition. :))

I moved my switches from an old keyboard into this one. They NEVER double triggered on the old keyboard but do it from day 1 on this one....

I will try it out. I have the same issiue! I can't understand if it's the key board or the switches. Then the other switches arive i comment again on this vidio. Then they will work or not! i have the silent yellow switches on my keyboard. Sry for my bad english i try my best. Its difficult for me to write or speak this language. Then you ask i am speak germany.

I had a similar experience with the PreSonus Eris 4.5BT Gen 2. As soon as they’re powered on, there’s a noticeable hiss. While I understand monitor speakers typically have some level of hiss, this was excessive, especially when using instrument sounds like a piano. Adjusting the volume didn’t make any difference. Interestingly, my friend has the 1st Gen version, and he mentioned they’re much quieter. I’m not sure what’s changed with the 2nd Gen, but for me, they were unusable due to the hiss. While they sound great at higher volumes, the constant hiss was just too distracting. I ended up returning them and got the Mackie CR4.5BT instead. These have no noticeable hiss, and I think they actually sound better overall. I was considering upgrading to the newer Mackie CR4-X, but after reading reviews that mention they also hiss quite loudly and with only a 4" cone instead of the 4.5" I decided against it.

Simon, did you find any MX Keys alternative so far? I’m on my third one now, basically 2 year lifespan before something breaks, but I keep coming back to it.

G435 is too good for it's price. It's extremely lightweight. I'm using the Pro X before and while the sound and mic quality is obviously superior, it's quite heavy which in long duration, digs into the top of my head which is very uncomfortable. The first time I wore these I was blown away by how comfortable it is that sometimes I forget I even have them on. I bought an extra pair of pads and I replaced the headband with a removable one so I can wash them from time to time. I'll stick with this one until a better product comes along.

my 3.5 just crapped themselves. only about 2 years old. power just wound down while in use and now no power.

I have 1000 euro yamaha speakers and they have that. I have 900 euro krk speakers and these have that too. It's because they use high sensitive tweeters.

Razer quality, same with mouses, they break after 2 years of use.. Mine losing sound time to time and i need to be in certain position to hear something, annoying while watching something..

The 735 has the best aesthetics IMO, but your point about the headband being hard on your head is a good one. I’ve disliked lots of well-reviewed headsets because after an hour, they put so much pressure on the top of my head it hurts to use them. I guess 733 is the one for me then. It matches my G502 X better anyway. Thanks for this comparison!

I have the first version of the Eris 4.5 and they don't have the Auto off function and no hiss. My problem with them is that, at least in my setup, the low end is kinda muddy. When i listen a track on my Austrian Audio headphones i can clearly hear sub bass which is a distorted mess or just not there on the Presonus. So probably not the first choice for mixing but i think for the price they're not bad to just listen music or make something loud for practice.

My balls get bigger after 30 days of taking Ashwaganda. 😢 But, I enjoy long sleep time, better mood, and sharper mind after taking it.
