I just love that the show made it a not so subtle causal loop with Mariner, she requests this Job on purpose, her obsession with Uhura, the fact that when Boimler takes her to the fleet museum she seems to have a particular interest in some particular parts of the NX-01. Boims states his surprise Mariner was quite eager to go to the fleet museum. And Ransom pointing out her interest in the job was noted was noticed as unusual

As a kid the same age as Wesley growing up, I always wished Beverly was my mom and I got to live on the enterprise. I can only say that this scene was very important to me. Wesley coming home has been put off too long for us childhood TNG fans.

this concept was both cool and really stupid. The point of the lower decks was that we saw what happened when it wasn't the bridge crew doing all the work. The point was that they never had to go through the stuff that the bridge crew goes through. Time travel is something for the A listers and not.......the ensigns. Kinda goes against its own grain to give us fan pleasing in the form of a cross over..I really can't stand lower decks. You wanna show us that these lower decks don't get special treatment thats why they sleep in the halls...but theres a holodeck that can create all the beds you want in a finite space.....unless they wanna tell us the holodeck is still 10 by 10 even when its running. But that defies everything we already seen in the holodeck...so they can make 100 beds....have a private room without giving them a room....and they would never have to be in public sleeping...the hall is the worst place for crew...Red alert means they go to their bed in the hall...any emergency stuff happening means the hauls would be full of peoples stuff thrown out of the bed making it very dangerous to go about the ship in an emergency situation....seems like the writers are just kids who know nothing and have no critical thinking to say this is stupid.

Janeway will find herself not fully retired but semi retired. I have found this out! Through experience. I thought that I was done with the ' imperfect industry' of it! Current affairs and events have said otherwise!

TOS animated when they were drinking. Tells me lower decks crew is constantly drunk. Which, explains a lot.

This show deserved to be continued, not canned. Paramount made a mistake here.
