- After the USS Voyager escorts the Protostar into the breach, the crew beam out and the ship is left on autopilot to return to the past.

for me this scene really highlights how important it is to have the longer 20+ episode seasons. It reminds us of all the small single (throw away) episodes that didn't contribute to overall plot but were super important in getting to know the characters and spending time with them. That's what I think the newer shows are missing.
There were very few episodes that didn't contribute to the overall plot. S2 is especially highly serialized.

Star Trek does have a tendency to do montages well, however rare they may be in series.
How the Discovery writers weren't able to deal this kind of emotion is beyond me.

This show is exhilarating, poignant, and stirring.
I very much hope we get more of this show, but if it does end here, it’s going out with one of the best endings in the franchise - fitting for one of the best series in the franchise.
I love this show and was really sad when I heard it was cancelled, maybe in the future will see this show again and maybe see dal and gwyn together 😅?

So far, only the official soundtrack for season 1 is available on spotify. It may be a while until season 2's soundtrack is out.

The OST playlist for Prodigy (the one available now) is only from Season 1 so I think we will need to wait for a little longer so they could hopefully put it out there
Hard to believe... how one extremely fast little ship changed the lives of 9 people for the better.
