Cheers Al , yes I love Glen Shiel too, it is stunning .. There’s a Corbett just above Morvich I fancy doing a summit camp on .. ATB Stevie
Stevie sat and watched it last night with my good Lady. We both enjoyed it and how good an area is Kintail for hillwalking? She was laughing when you forgot the name of the Munro and then forgetting the car keys 😂😂. That was good you got lift back along to the start 🙏👍
@@summitwithstevie6934 You know what it’s like with some of the Munros , I can’t pronounce some of them lol .. Aye the car key I couldn’t believe it 🤦♂️🤣
@@ootnboots I can't pronounce most of them 😅😅
Hi Steve, Really enjoyed your Glen Shiel outings and getting the snow was a bonus early in the season. Glen Shiel is a favourite for us and an area you can never get tired off. We'll be heading up next May for a weeks walking and your uploads just wet the appetite. Take care. Cheers

Took me 10 hours, experienced heat stroke and needed several days to recover. Won't be revisiting lol. Although had the radio on the 3rd one when Idah banged in a last minute winner ❤
Cheers Monty , heat stroke is not funny my mate suffered that when we were on Liathach in Torridon a few years back . Love your new dog mate
Nice one Stevie, it’s a great ridge walk but yeh I can imagine it being tricky with the snow, done that before mate, leaving both sets of keys in the one car😂😂 You’ll be glad that’s Glen Shiel finished. Good edit Stevie. ATB Frank. Ps did you get a lift back up.?

Cheers, yes shorten the pole height , when I done this trip I just basically got the tent at the time

Nice one mate. Looked like a class hike. The golden eagle sighting must of been amazing. Would love to see one myself. Well done on a amazing video. ATVB Alan
Thank you Alan , I appreciate that mate
New'ish subscriber here. Cracking video really well done. I'm impressed by the shots of the Golden Eagle, is it just a GoPro or did you use another camera. I ask because I'm on the lockout for a better and more compact camera for my next trip over. I have and older Olympus SP-100 and it seems to struggle a lot with autofocus. But on the other hand it has 50x optical zoom which comes in handy on many occasions. ATB Karl from Denmark 😀
Cheers Karl , i used the gopro with eagle i wasn't expecting it tbh . I would have used the phone which would have been better with the zoom ..cheers Stevie
@@ootnboots Thanks Stevie. As my brother would say "The best camera is the one you remember to bring" Just beware that phone cameras usually uses digital zoom rather than optical
