When you have a heavy moded one, these pay off the foam is too soft, so i ordered these as my fms is way to heavy, and they get super flat when i do anything and up something pitch and roll

do the 1.0 tires stay beaded on the 0.9 rims?

I just put blue dj crawlers in my LGRP claw hammers 63mm 1.0s. They stick to themselves leaving the tires odd shaped and flat spots. Even just sitting leaves flat spots in some of them. Not sure how to counter that but the injoras yellows in my injora tires don’t do that. I’m curious if I could powder them and reinstall if it would fix it?

Also, great videos appreciate all the info! Did the shock upgrade on mine and it was a night and day difference! I really like the low look of it now and it performs well other than I definitely need a little bit morelow end torque. Looks like portal solve that for you, but I wanna try to keep it as low as possible. Have you thought about any other motor or gearbox upgrades?

Question on the battery upgrade, did you have to rewire it to be compatible?

Nice work mate, been following all your episodes on this cool rig. I'm in Australia and have got a couple of these WPL C-64's for around $17 USD including delivery 👌 One of the benefits of having China as a neighbour! I've been putting off attaching any of the included accessories, as I'm looking to paint one of them as a replica of the Japanese SRD style sports trucks. Certainly very capable little cheap crawlers that can highly recommend to anyone new to the hobby as an awesome starter truck. Great vid once again, keep up the great work 🙌 Oh yeah.......the steering wheel is actually on the CORRECT side for once! 🦘🇦🇺

Hi, What is the hardware like in these WPL's these days? I had the C24M and it broke a lot and servicing it with terrible hardware caused me issues.

I found this video very helpful. I had no idea that these Lasernuts had problems with the diffs. I just bought a super clean one off marketplace and the diff started making noise on the first battery. How has your build held up with the extra shims? Have you experimented with different diffs? It's a shame Losi doesn't have a video on rebuilding this time bomb.

Gudday from Australia 🦘🇦🇺 Just got one of these for myself after getting my son an MN82 LandCruiser for Xmas. I've already started modding mine straight outta the box with stuff pretty much exactly the same as what you have done in this video 👌 This came from my experience building and racing TAMIYA/KYOSHO/TEAM ASSOCIATED RC Buggies back in the 1980's using the same principles to gain extra performance. Liked and subscribed immediately, as I can see that you definitely know what you are doing in regards to proper real life mods that actually work performance wise 👏 Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to checking out the rest of your videos, along with waiting to get the rest of the 13 different old model FMS/WPL/MN crawlers that I am waiting delivery! Why so many? Because the beauty of Australia being so close to China, I'm getting this exact same model for around $15USD delivered, and the really expensive FMS models for about $27USD delivered 😮 At those prices, I may end up with way more in my collection!

U got the wrong drive shafts There r two kinds the d shaft. And round I think u need the d shaft
