Dunno. These are scale trail trucks. Weight is a good upgrade, but larger tires, lifting and widening... Na, not the right direction, IMO. I understand a lot of folks want to make everything into a crawler, but trail trucks are their own thing and need help with obstacles, like the use of winches, ladders and support vehicles.

Sick body like what you did. I'm a fan of the "axspeed" 2 speed scx24 transmission as it's labeled. However it has 17% od throwing that on all my builds without gearing options.

Man, you are trying to convince me to buy one. Lol. The mods you did made a huge improvement. Easy enough. As previously stated, have lots of cast off parts. And looking for a winter project. GRRR. The only thing that concerns me is the motor. Oh, a Dremel is a must have for any hobbyist. Have several dedicated for certain things. A 4000 variable speed with a flex shaft hangs over my RC workbench. Priceless.

Portals might raise it up some but the gearing might just be what the Dr. ordered.

Wanted the Range Rover or the Discovery. I went with the Range Rover and I’m glad I did as well. Upgraded the wheels and tires with brass weights in the front. Installed metal driveshafts and metal chassis links. And one thing to remember, these things were like $110 so what you get for that isn’t bad whatsoever.

flubs destroy those, i've used all 3 extensively. dj purples are great too, softer than the yellow injora, the green injoras are worthless

The secret sauce is the yellow in front with the blue in back. But that’s just me 🤔🤷‍♂️

My first crawler was a Fms fcx24 blazer and I absolutely love it, got a fcx18 lc80 Land Cruiser a week after and have been adding parts to them

Your k10 shock upgrade video having pink shocks brought back memories. I worked for a company that purchased a machine with a custom robot that was supposed to be red anodized but came in pink as well. What an embarrassment.

Blew a seal and all the smoke came out, the smoke is what makes them work.

Man, scale doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore. Even the RTR R/C that are released lately are off when it comes to scale, doesn’t matter what company it is. I have the Axial trailer , it’s awesome and I use it with my trx4m all the time .

Fixing a flat , done that many times , I had a 05 KTM that was the exact one you have in your RC garage 😊
