Good stuff. I believe it. A lot of people had these cars and didn’t realize it was a special edition. Many bought these from used car dealerships oblivious to the fact this was a separate model from the standard Taurus. Many non-car people are guilty of this.

1st time seeing you I believe. I tried buying 94,95 and 98 sho. The 94 was in a small shop and the seller never showed up. The 95 I actually drove and it felt like typical Ford quality at that time (we had an 87 Taurus in the fam bought new) and I walked away. I test drive a 98 v8 but wasn't impressed. I didn't even know about the engine problems that developed with that 3.4 v8. I did try to buy a 99 se with the 3.0 during 24v. That sucker was actually kind of fun. american ford division was technologically incapable of building a high performance four camshafts 4 Valve per cylinder high reving all aluminum masterpiece V6. Proof was in their primitive cast iron lol pushrod v6 they offered in base/lx/lower models. That is all ford was capable of. ford Taurus SHO existed thanks to Yamaha and "Japanese Technical know how" and "made in Japan". Thank you Yamaha from ford. It is amazing that a small Japanese motorcycle company that does not even build cars can build a better engine than a giant ford motor company. I can see where the future for ford is going to or already has gone. Hahahahahaha

Thank you for the video. Good footage and information. Too bad that Mercury Sable LTS did not go into production. The footage was interesting and the facts. I did not recall that it was supposed to be a limited run model. I learned something new. I know Conan O'Brien has one. They did mess up the styling in 1996 sadly. Thee SHO model lived on too. The last American Taurus had SHPO trim. I recall when they test drove this car back in the day, they called it SHO GUN and things like that. Getting the automatic indeed helped too. You mentioned something i was going to say about the Mercury Sable parts. Good on you.

Yep, as you know, the Sable LTS eventually came out, but was only in production for like a year I believe, 1995 maybe. But it didn’t get the SHO engine. It won drag races against Corvettes, Mustangs and Porsches.

I owned a 94 SHO. Dark green, gray interior, manual. Bought it cheap. Car ran and drove beautifully, thing was a ripper. Sadly, i got it cheap due to upstate NY rust so i drove it several months but when inspection time came up, it wouldn't pass bc the rear struts were about to come through the strut towers, and the rear control arms were nearly Bluetooth. So i removed that beautiful intake, dismantled it, polished every piece to nearly chrome, reassembled it, and hung it on the wall in my man cave. It still hangs theree proudly to this day as its a work of art

Isuzu's own pickup was, by far, more interesting than the stupid Hombre.

The Nissan Xterra is the vehicle that I have kept the longest and I will never sell. In 24 years I have had 33 cars of all types, but none stole my heart like the Xterra. It is 2002, 4x4, green exterior color. With it I practice mechanics and I have replaced all the sensors even before they failed, brakes, suspension and I installed Bilstein shock absorbers. I live in CDMX Mexico and I use it very little. I absolutely love her.

I'LL SAY RIGHT NOW THAT THE NISSAN XTERRA IS ONE OF THE BEST VEHICLES EVER MADE, AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY JUST AS CAPABLE AS SOME OF THE OTHER MORE WELL KNOWN SUV TRUCKS! IT'S BEEN GIVEN THE MOST RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE VEHICLES AWARD EVERY YEAR THAT IT WAS IN PRODUCTION!! RELIABLE AND LONGEVITY

I for one have always liked the 80-82 Thunderbird, One of my really good friends in high school had a 81 T-Bird that was given to by his parents that they bought brand new as a left over year by the dealerships in 82 for next to nothing so they got it out of their inventory, it was the PERFECT "High School Hot Rod" in the late 80's.

Thank you for sharing some Pontiac excitement. Who would have thought the Pontiac Aztek would become popular years later. I recall when the Buick version the Rendezvous was selling well and it was different. The funny thing is they were based off the minivan platform. Thank you for sharing once again.

I love your videos, I'm obsessed with 90-2000s chryslers and it's great to see them being covered, it would be awesome to see a video about the sebring coupe as neither 1st or 2nd gen have any reviews on youtube or much said about them at all on the internet

The cloud cars Chrysler Cirrus was a very roomy midsize car. That if you were tall you had plenty of room. It was also very comfortable sporty driving.
