Can you use cob grit for tubbing
Where’s all the single ladies like this? 😂
How much do you get to mount a bobcat
Can you teach a left handed person
Hey, is brain tanning also a type of pickling? Or is it actual tanning?
When I was younger I was always interested in taxidermy.. thought about getting int it .. then as I got older I just came to realize I am not at all artistic enough to be good at it. I still do love and appreciate it and have quite a few professional mounts decorating my house.
Does your capes flexible or hard and dry please let me know.
How to get the deer heads cared out
It looked like you left the cartilage attached to the other side of the ear. Do you remove the cartridge from the ear totally? I am about to start on a coyote. My first attempt! Thank you
Cool work amy, I'm looking at taxadermy I've done just a few deer racks. If I could become half as good as you I d be very pleased...great job. Very life like and haveing to make your own form becouse of being such a small bobcat. Shows your a true professional...I enjoy your veidio. Thank you. .... kevin. Maine
They used to pay people in salt, hence the term "he's not worth his salt."
I geeked out at the wagon section
Beautiful and a taxidermist.. 🥰🥰

Did you end up taking it off and slipping the tail on first? Turned out amazing. Great work!
Question for you what form do most taxidermist us for life size fellow dear
It was at a comfortable working level and we broke hides over that. It worked so well

Can I use this method for rabbit hides?
You must be busy as hell. I never knew the number of steps and time it takes to do this.
Thanks Amy. I’ve always wanted to make an elk skin jacket and you have given me the courage to try. Also, looking good.
Do you offer a Taxidermy service? For a cat? How can you be reached? Thank you for all your information 🙏
Do you ever sell a tanned bobcat hide for mounting. I am a retired taxidermist and would like to mount a cat.
Can we have a vid about the storys from ur fav taxidermy animals?
You so are awesome! I will keep watching til I can do what you do!!
That style measuring tape she showed u can also find in most fishing bait shops, in case anyone cant find them. Also, i love the bottle with 10 years of used scalpel blades saved up on the shelf. U should have a blacksmith make you a knife with them
This is absolutely awesome. How did you tan it?
Very good informative video. I remember watching you ever since the old MySpace accounts.
I have been a taxidermist for over 40 years in louisiana and have mounted a lot of gators and wondering why no hide glue????

Your awesome
Wow, very cool.. I doubt I will ever have the skill or patience to try taxidermy, but i enjoy watching your work :) I have a few skins in my freezer (beaver & raccoon ) that I will hopefully tan/ finish this winter.. I've never done anything like this before..
Is there a limit on initial 3 day pickle and 1 day pickle (post thinning)? Can you leave it in beyond 3 days? If so, how many?
Is part 2 up yet ?
Nice demonstration. Love those pronghorn bucks!
I got a tiny fawn was cut out of a harvested doe I got the smallest form I could find and it was still to big alterd the form and now it's like it's way to long I got a foot of extra skin the original form was 24 inches tip of nose to the base of tail the fawn was 23 so I slimmed it down a little now the form is 231/4 and the hide measures 24 after tanning but I still got over a foot of extra skin on the back and the neck on the form is way short compared to the neck on the hide bunch of skin there to so cut chop and rebuild seems to be my only option
👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤
❤ thank you ❤
I am new to taxidermy
Maybe you've already answered this, but do you use any kind of special thread or needle for your sewing, or will anything do?
Amy, I love your videos! I just picked up a soft tanned coyote pelt that someone had for sale but it stinks like wet dog and cigarette smoke. Is there anyway I can clean this? I was hoping to make my wife a pair of gauntlets for a gift.
i dont support trophy hunting but as long as its done responsibly and respectfully, i think its okay. beautiful work! im hoping to do taxidermy someday! ^^
