I have just done the routine following your instructions and your advices. The first pull up close grip was the hardest, and the squats put my legs on fire, I felt also my knees working. The pike push with the good form are difficult, but I am looking for a change in my routine. So, I will give you some feed back later, thanks for sharing the knowledge... No ego business, just hard work. Keep the good job bro, peace 💪🔥💪🔥

Yes I did and I’m still feeling the soreness this morning. I reckon I’ll do some lighter work today and hit it again tomorrow. Thanks for your vids, they’re very inspiring.

Is it ok to do a 100 push-ups a day? Or every other day? Thank you!

Listen to your body....if you feel like u need a rest day, just take a day off and come back again the next day....I used to do 600 push ups everyday with one day rest a week for few months. I can tell you that it's not necessary to do what i do.....100reps of push ups everyday should be fine
