Macarons aren’t random, it’s something sweet with tea and coffee. People would pay a lot to get that amount of salmon at a restaurant, be greatfull.

I fly Delta a lot for regional business and get upgrade seats often. Have you ever gotten an upgrade on an international flight? Also, on this flight do you think comfort would be worth it vs economy? I'm looking at a trip later this year. Your video is very helpful!

We have it pretty good in Canada being able to fly transcon lie-flat. Service is a bit underwhelming, but the seat and the relax value make it worth it if the price is right.

Are all of their seats premium economy? When I search the website, there only show premium economy for Singapore Airlines, no standard economy??

I was hoping this would talk about how the seats are for SLEEPING. For me, that is the ONLY reason I would pay more money...I want a seat I can SLEEP in (vs in Coach, which is horrid). Sadly, this 'review' really said nothing about the ability to sleep, or not, with these seats.

Delta Premium Select is NOT worth it; when Delta Premium Select first came out it was, but it has been downgraded. when Delta Premium Select first came out meals better than domestic first class and on ceramic. domestic connects were also in first class. comfort plus as much better value.

My son and I are travelling from Melbourne to London Heathrow (return) via Changi with Singapore Airlines in August this year. We are trying premium economy for the first time so looking forward to the experience.

Anything over seven or eight hours is probably worth an upgrade just for the extra legroom. I try and travel Premium Economy when flying transatlantic to London from Miami.

55 second takeoff roll - you can really feel the extra speed and power needed to get the bird off the ground with all the extra weight of fuel

I have flown Icelandair numerous times and love their service. I definitely prefer the layover to break up the trip to Europe.

I flew NYC to BKK on Singapore Airlines Premium Economy (via Singapore) on March 6th, 2024. Very disappointing. It is basically an economy experience with better seats. The food was nothing exceptional (economy style food), no water in the sink bathrooms at the back of the plane to wash your hands, my TV display stopped working 4 hours into the 19 hour flight, I paid extra for a exit seat, but the seat was cramped and no storage room. Nobody could access the internet because of a server error, eventually I got access through a free voucher the head flight attendant gave me. The onboard staff were fine, but more focused on getting everyone asleep so they would have nothing to do. I have traveled Premium on United, Delta and Emirates, Singapore was such a let down. Their product is NOT recommended, overpriced and nothing special.

Great job. I really enjoy Transat and Air Canada. I tend to book my flights around certain aircraft. AC has a decent pod.

Favourite airline every in Canada? I'm guessing you're too young to remember, but Wardair. Wardair offered Business Class service in Economy. Glassware, China plates and metal cutlery and great food. Plus of course unlimited drinks. The only downside was back then people could smoke on planes. Ugh. Hated that.

Bulkhead in PS (or any premium economy really) is the way to go ~ especially after seeing how hard some of those seats recline into you. Having that much extra space is good.

Although I will fly premium select again, I would also say, NO it is not worth the money in the literal sense. Ticket prices are 2 or 3 times as much as regular economy and it is not 3 times better. However, I do like the extra space and the seats. They make traveling a bit more relaxed and I am willing to pay (too much) for that ;) great review, thanks
