In this video I install new spark plug wires on my 1979 C3 Corvette L82 4 Speed. I've had these cheap spark plug wires forever and finally remembered to install them.

In this video I do a DIY alignment on my 2000 Camaro 3.8L budget track car. I just got fresh new tires installed and I want to be sure my alignment is setup better to support these new tires. I went for max negative camber and 0 toe with the stock factory adjustments.
Mazda 3 2.3L Radiator Replacement

In this video I replace the radiator on my 2007 Mazda 3 2.3L. This car has been leaking coolant for a while now, and recently its gotten a lot worse. It would leak out everything from the coolant reservoir in less than 5 days. As a bonus, I also replace the upper radiator hose.

Cleaning The Spitfire's Rusty Gas Tank

In this video, I use some bolts, chain and white vinegar to clean the rusty gas tank on the 1978 Triumph Spitfire. First I figure out how to remove the tank, then after cleaning it and neutralizing the vinegar acidity with baking soda, I reinstall the tank and take the Spitfire out for a short drive.
Finding The Spitfire's Intermittent Stalling Issue

In this video we find the issue on my 1978 Triumph Spitfire and are able to drive it again. The Spitfire has had an issue where it stalls intermittently while driving. After tinkering with the Spitfire here and there for the last several months, I have converted to a Weber 32/36 carb, change fuel filter/hose routing, tried a different fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator, but to no avail. 4th Gen Camaro 3.8L Muffler Delete

In this video I delete the muffler on my 2000 Camaro 3.8L V6 5 speed. This is my budget beginner track car and I needed to make the exhaust louder on the camaro so that I could safely hear my own vehicle while out on the track. These 3800's are known for rasp, and this is no exception, so I end up installing the cheapest resonator I could find.

The transmission is not a GM....the correct fluid to use is Valvoline Import Full Synthetic Transmission Fluid.
Too truly fix that problem you have to find the aluminum valve cover from 1991-1995 Saturn SL2/SW2/SC2 and use original cover gasket from those years models I have fixed that problem long time ago when I switched to aluminum valve cover from older Saturns that can be found at salvage yards if you can In addition the internal baffle inside those valve covers needs to be removed to make proper use of those covers on the second generation Saturns as the design of positive ventilation system is a bit different on the first generation of Saturn engines then on the second generation’s plastic covers Plastic covers are junk of a idea and should be removed
@@sergeynemir good point!
Geez my 1969 and 1981 no such problems.
Very cool! Happy for you guys!
I have the same reading on the panel, (half way to hot reading) I will check the sensor and see what is up with that. Anything else I should check? (1999 sl2) Thanks
Wow! I I've never seen a Reliant Scimitar or a Triumph Dolomite in the US. This was a great show. Mahalo for taking us along!
Thank you for this. Question: why didn’t you just take the brake caliper off as a whole unit instead of taking it off in pieces?
Perfect! Does anyone know the name of the "tab bracket" that screws to the steering column, that the indicator cable clips on to? Or where I could get one? Mine is missing.
Where is the fuse for windows
Pretty good job just breaking everything to get it out.
Dang this is sweet. I have an automatic c4 corvette, do you think that would be good for autocross?
@@thevortec983 absolutely! A c4 should be miles above a 4th gen f-body. Even with an auto
You need to flush all that old oil out of everything id replace the compressor and condenser and get one for R 134
@@jbncnow I did flush all the old oil out (as much as I could with what I’m working with) :) A new parallel flow condenser is not a bad idea. But I will say after reusing the existing compressor and condenser, it cools just fine. It’s not ice cold, but it is comfortable
I am currently working on the same project myself, curious to hear why you think the heads from the front wheel drive engine won't work on the rear wheel drive engine as I've always thought they were swappable? Does it have to do with hardware mounted on the heads? In either case, awesome video and cool project.
@@emptywinds3965 oh did I say the heads wouldn’t work? I did end up using the heads from the fwd car for my camaro since they had relatively new valve seals on them. The heads are the same :)
Great seeing you guys at the show . You should have brought the spit. It’s what they are made for lol. Be safe great video
@@frankmgallo I was really considering auto-crossing the spitfire! Maybe next time

mine ain’t doin squat. i ground it out and it don’t do anything. but if i turn lights on it pegs out past high. if i remove the temp gauge the fuel gauge goes back to nominal. any ideas?
hey there, just saw this video... i have a 350 with a quadrajet that's got a high idle, when i close the choke the engine sputters and dies (as it should be, i think) so i don't think i have a vacuum leak, but i'm idling at 1800rpm or so. Any ideas?
@@ChanceTheLugia when the choke is off and the engine is up to temp does it idle normally? Start with the basics, make sure your idle screw (or fast idle screw) is not too far in
@@bluesxt are you talking about the idle mixture screws? I've been having a hard time finding a clear diagram of all the screws I can adjust on a quadrajet
@@ChanceTheLugia when you’re hunting down a high idle issue you should only be adjusting the idle speed screw, not the mixture screws. The idle speed screw is near the throttle linkage on driver side
Would be nice if maybe he had mentioned what size the bolts were on the valve cover kind of mysterious
@@paulywally1957 they are either 8mm or 10mm
Where can I buy that Mikol or Aaron for my 93 Corvette and disable vats system?
Thank You so much
Its a lot of components, with the transmission/gears inside/ & clutch but this is why manual is better..& cheaper this man is doing it by himself & hes dropping the trans with 3ft clearance 🏅
Thanks big help
By cleaning and painting those parts it tells me that you take care of your things and when a buyer is imoressed by those small things, they would be more willing to trust you just because you take the time to fix things the right way... @@MrMoe82420 absolutely the little things are so important

When it can only run with the choke open, doesn’t that mean that it has not enough air or too much fuel?
You let the car go for that? Moron.

Thank you for the great video. i’m looking in doing it too. Quick question, is it too bright at night? Can they be dimmed? Regards
@@Adel_Volks it’s not too bright at night, not even close. These don’t really dim, maybe ever so slightly, but not really enough to make any significant difference. But as they are I think they are the perfect brightness, if anything a little brighter would have been even better
Beautiful truck my grandpa has the same but manual and y sooo cool to drive I want to do the same with the stereo thanks for the idea
You should probably get a refund for that paint job. Full of fisheyes and imperfections.
Try undoing some of those lines
Yes! You did great in supporting your local business! Now...enjoy tearing up those new tires in your next few races! Aloha!
Assuming you are running the original Qjet carb. They are bad about leaking gas from the casting plugs. You won't see the leak, but the gas drips into the intake. That might be why your crank time is long when the car is cold. The fuel may be leaking out of the carb bowl into the intake. It also makes it hard to tune the engine. This is a common Qjet issue.
@@ImpalamansGarage yup all the fuel in the qjet bowl is drained out overnight
That was pretty awesome. 😁
@@ImpalamansGarage thanks!

I was about 20 when these came out, I so wanted one. They were about 14,000$ for a new one & that was quite a bit as most cars were around 6-8 k. Sounds like you have a exhaust leak. Maybe check TBE compression on all cylinder.

You just pop the black casing on the back of the motor there are pins and no wiring. Take the blck cap from your old one and pop it on the new one.
