What about pubs no longer having to close at 11pm like in the old days and being allowed to put their own dj's inside. Pubs have no entrance fee's and also drinks cost less aswell. No doubt this is also a factor regarding the decline of the nightclub.

I am from Switzerland and I will say something very unpopular: I find Soccer very boring and I prefer American football. But I recognize that commercial breaks are a problem, fortunately I watch the matches in deferred mode, where there is the appearance of greater continuity. The problem is therefore not the sport itself, but rather how it is managed by the NFL.

There are many reasons for the decline of MLB baseball. One obvious reason is the lack of US born star power that can generate attention from casual sports fans in the USA. The real stars of the MLB are from other countries outside of the USA. Another obvious reason is the presence of live streaming, internet and social media networks. No longer are the casual sports fans stuck to broadcast or cable networks to watch whatever sports are on display. People can now choose what they want to follow and watch. Sadly, in this digital world, MLB baseball has yet to adapt to the changing times of media consumption.

I think a point worth mentioning is there’s also an increase in investment likely due to more Data which makes it easier to quantify and track a catalog. Glad someone deep dived into this 👏🏾

I could go on forever, but I’m still in denial they are fully dead. Nashville has bars that are packed, Vegas, Orlando and Miami has packed music festivals…most places have something. . Part of the problem that’s happening is men and ladies aren’t liking each other enough at this time. And people these days have more social power being on social media (showcasing their whole lifestyle,) than being at a club where all that is seen is physical appearance. The club scene is over played to those over 30 and younger kids are being taught that strangers aren’t worth meeting because of danger or because they don’t like how they think. In order for clubs to make a big comeback in a new form, the sexes will need to like each other more again as a whole. Social media has made people dislike or created nervousness around others or made it so they can connect in a more full way just virtually.

Artificial intelligence is changing our world, and these small but loud changes are just the beginning. More will follow and the only question is whether you are the one who is also changing or the one who will remain unchanged. Peace to all ✌️

Sure , that i don't hate the Olympics , but the IOC simply cannot stay in outdated business model and should make a really impactful regulation update and they also have to adapt with changes as sports scene would be never a stagnant scene

I totally agree and feel for these athletes. We covet them during the Olympics but then they get ignored, little sponsorship and have to pay their own way. We treat these athletes horribly compared to footballers etc

All the clubs in the future will be shut down and abandoned, clubs nowadays sit empty no one in there all of them have run out of business social media and smart phones are taking over now that’s the new generation old generation were about going going out picking up girls and partying nowadays it’s all about video games and isolation
