For the ZORA, I would rather have the Z06 engine with the E-Ray E-Motor (or perhaps a stronger E-Motor... maybe 250+ HP) ... It would still give RIPPING Performance, but more in a "Street-Car" performance Range... All-wheel-Drive in a more useable road speed range than for Top Speed.. {how many of us will EVER drive at Top Speed, in America??? Unless we are Criminally Insane } Perhaps putting E-motors on each front wheel, rather than on big motor in the center... then we could still have a Frunk, even if it is smaller... And it Still may be 'Quicker' than the ZR1 in 0-60 and 1/4 mile... Or, as we can ALL "Imagine"... the ZR1 plus the E-Motor... but the added weight, and no front downforce thru the hood, could create conflicts, and even some steering issues... But we can "GUESS" all day, but I am SURE that Team Corvette will find a way to surprise us... But for me, personally... just the EGO TRIP of a ZR1 over a nicely equipped Z06 is just NOT WORTH the Price Increase! I personally would FAR RATHER have a nice Z06 Convertible HTC, and spend a few thousand to "Boost It" than to Spend $50,000 More [plus markups] for three little letters on the side of my rear fenders, and no front storage... I drive mountain roads and local highways... NOT weekly laps around Road Atlanta Raceway...

At the end of the recent camaro production run they charging between 60 and a hundred thousand dollars per unit and they were making them so freaking cheap so people stopped buying them again. They got up to $75,000 for 650 horsepower with cheap plastic interior. They were configured with the low output engine with a nice interior or what the high output engine with the cheep interior. Or suspension upgrades with a cheap sound system there was no desirable configuration

Cheverlete is probably gonna stop making everything except high end Corvettes and expensive truck. It looks like its the direction they want to go. They're only interested in developing vehicles the produce the highest returns

ZR1 electric front motor AWD would be out of this world crazy. I know chevy can do it but we all know theyre teasing us with the less desirable ones first. 😂

What’s funny is the base level Corvette is a complete gangster. That car punches way above its weight limit. It seriously is the perfect daily driver. I typically buy z06’s And who knows I’ll probably buy the e ray next But the stingray is an excellent car.

LC actually has leather seats, GX used Tex vinyl. Screens actually same size when viewed as GX lower portion used for settings. LC better grill, mirrors also view down when in reverse and better mpg! Also when similar equipment LC about $8k less!

I own that very car now. Has about 24k miles on it and I changed the wheels to OEM 1LE. Looks amazing. A real unicorn when it comes to the insane amount of options GM put on it.

After Toyota voiding their warranty if you go 85mph I no longer have interest in this car. Apparently they want you to void it by giving you a track day. Screw that.

I have a similar situation. Everything shakes, hangers break, too much drone. I will definitely visit that shop.

Three years and I'm still thrilled with this thing! Over 70K miles and no issues except warranty ignition coil replace at 15K. SO MUCH POWER!

Sold my c7z and plan to buy a c8z in the future.

I like the car but the wheels and tires would have to go in the garbage. I would have to go get a pair of forgedlite tf5 wheels with the correct offset because those Wheels and Tires Factory do not fit that car I bet there's 2 in of wheel Gap between the wheel and the fender. The wheels and tires do not fit that car and they need to be flushed all the way around

I was there yesterday. Spent a lot of time getting in an out of the cars and trying to find seat adjustments while not spending too much time at any one time as there were short lines of people and kids who wanted to pretend they could ever afford one. All were coupes with the roof panel off. I am not tall nor heavy and it was difficult getting in an out. You should have the seat all the way back to get in and out. No grab bar on the windshield post. The comp seats are quite snug and bottom bolsters not adjustable for width. I asked about the 1064 HP number why was it not rounded to 1065 or 1060 assuming that more than one car would be tested for the rating...no one knew of the four staff members. Maybe the ratings are from one car. One person said that production number was not limited but based on demand. The other staff members did not know. I would go for the ZR1 in the colors of the displayed Z06 that was Sebring Orange with Habenero orange interior...I love that orange paint from the C7 and the Habenero interior works well. I was told that the ZR1 would be delivered starting this February.

The Corvette C8 has really uprooted the supersportscar echelon ever since it was unveiled in 2019, It truly is a gift that keeps on giving, Hands down, and all major respects paid, the Americans have a world beater bar none with their Corvettes ! 🇺🇸👍🏻
