Question. When you say you are giving them 1 to 2 lbs of protein. Do you mean 1 to 2 lbs of distillers or do you mean 1 to 2 lbs of protein equivalent which would take like 3 to 6 lb of distillers. I’ve been feeding 3 lb of distillers and frankly my cows look to be too fleshy

Matt, please be careful with the timers on the block heaters. The timers need to be rated for the high electrical draw. My employer lost a building due to a timer melting down.

Hi matt , my name is bern. I live in mich. I noticed when you & dane are using your torch set incorectly. Try to get what is called a neutral flame. Turn on the gas, then add the oxygen just until the flame makes asharp point where the five points blend. Don't give it to much oxygen. Hope this will help your cutting. Your friend, BJ
