Getting our Brinkley G3500 Ready for Boondocking by Adding More Battery to the Solar System
We replaced the stock 100 AH batteries with two Li-Time 280 AH batteries. This gives us 560 AH instead of the stock 200.
We decided to sell the farm and do the next logical thing, travel the US by RV.
We have never owned an RV, so we are learning this as we go too!

I can’t believe you did that work without tagging out the system lol.
haha, memories from my old life!!!!
@@AmericanAdventuresTJ Mine too. I was an MM2 aboard the USS WAINWRIGHT (CG-28) stationed in Charleston South Carolina.
Shades of submarine workdays, with just a little more room!
This was a ballroom compared to some those spaces!!
@@AmericanAdventuresTJ Oh, absolutely! Nice work Tony and great filming Joey! Work done cleanly and properly and without Task Group Instructions! By the way... Clovis, CA!
Are you anywhere near Ohio? I might be interested in the OE batteries.
No, I am in NH.
I see you didn't use double-sided tape,did it leak?

유익한 동영상 업로드 해주셔서 감사합니다 :)
Should’ve waited till he had more experience before he made a video, you can tell he’s still learning and still got a lot to learn! But he made a video to everyone how they do it up there on the mountain 😂😂😂😂
와 아저씨 진짜 잘하시네요. 잔인하긴해도 이런분이 있어서 맛있는 고기를 먹게되는거에 대해서 감사합니다
Nice setup you have there sir.
Are you a comedian?
no, but I play one on youtube

Go Polk High. How many touchdowns in one game again Bundy?
Best of Luck. Safety first. Enjoy.
Awesome being retired. Enjoy ever minute.
Did miss the videos but enjoy your retirement and safe travels. Looking forward to the new videos.
Thanks guys. Safe travels God bless.
Just a tip, pre drilling steel makes it go a lot easier
I can't believe that you guys are leaving such a beautiful place to go on the road and fight idiot.Good luck
Congratulations on retiring. I retired in 2000but now at the age of 80 I am no longer able to feel my hands or feet, and I will no longer work in my wood shop as I don't want to cut any appendages off that I will miss, and not feel but may bleed to death. I found out that I always wanted to try different things and became certified as a excavator operator, and before long I was operating d-10 and d-11 tractors, bucket loaders, motor graders, fuel trucks and water trucks. It was a grand time and no body could explain why I was so happy to be out playing with full size tonka toys. I also found that after retirement I was so busy that I wondered when I had time to work 34 years before retiring. Good luck on your future travels, just slow down to enjoy the places that you visit, I now that when the wife and I trave led we would drive from sun up to sundown until we got to the next place of interest. We did this all before kids, after kids it was impossible to find the time.
Missed Ya'll.
Your rig is going to be really long pulling the lt15 behind the RV lol. That would definitely take mobile saw milling to a whole new level 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣.
Congratulations on retirement! It sounds like you have a good plan.
Gagnon's American Adventures
We were thinking "Tony and Joey's American Adventures" but thought it might be a bit long.
What a great plan!!! I can't wait to see what you find in your travels!! Happy retirement!!
Was the refill of the hydraulic fluid shown? Did I miss it?
Working hard instead of smart. Measure cut, measure cut, again and again, then climb latter once to nail
No caulk between the boards?
So simple yet so effective! Worked like a charm 😁

Thank you and great job! Much appreciated 👍
What size are purlins
Can anyone tell me what that pipe that is sticking straight down from the home is from? Mine in my mobile home is leaking and I cannnot find info!!
I'm still unsure about securing the 4x4 to that flimsy brace in the center. And did you toe nail the self tapping screws to that flimsy brace?
Get an auto punch. Got it.
I'm glad this video is still up. My pipe just burst under my trailer and it looks like a similar situation to this one!
Great video, thank you
You could build the floor frame in the first step and then run the bottom insulation frame on it and then turn it and place it on the trailer and then fill it with rock wool insulation to see the moisture insulation hanging in the trailer frame and Don't have rock wool hanging on the sides
Wear all protective equipment
Not bad but please cut more time out of future vids
So how much did it cost after buying all the parts and that thick aluminum sheet?
Good job Sir.
You should have used the pulley on the come-along... that would have given you a 2:1 mechanical advantage and made it easier for her to pull the come-along, yet also give more pulling force
I think you should saw yourself some stacking timbers and not just throw boards on the ground..just my opinion....
thx for the video, do you think that this will handle fastpitch softball machine? i couldnt find the voltage specs on the pitching machine
First time making goat yogurt here - how long can I save my goat milk in the fridge to accumulate milk to do a batch of yogurt? I only have one mom at the moment so it may take a few days
Please consider ballast weight or fluid filled tires to be safer lifting those heavy loads!
