I’m going to call someone out about their Etruscan flower pots if it’s the last thing I do.
I've never considered Joan Crawford a glamour queen. She did present herself meticulously though. A constant actress.
Joan was really beautiful when she was young. ❤
Did she say plugging guys for a 10 dollar bill 😂
absolutely not
This was a great film, with great chemistry between her and Clark Gable. They were carrying on an affair while making this and it showed. That's Aunt Em from The Wizard Of Oz playing her mother here. Personally I thought this was Crawford's best film while at MGM. However, even better film's were to come once she moved to Warner Brothers.
😢😢😢😢😢😮😮😮😮😮 Nothing like blaming the children for everything !!! Shameful !!!!!😢😢😢😮😮😮😢😢😮😢😢😢,GOD BLESS THE PRECIOUS CHILDREN ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
this betch never blinks
the best!
good name for her
joan was better looking than bette thats probaly why bette was so jealous
Owning the ground she walks on!! This is how it’s done!!
I read the book, most of the things she incidents were pretty much in play back then, parents were tough they wanted the best for their kids but were considered "normal", sigh I won the table contest though with my mom midnight with a sweetpotato, kids are so whinny now, they were right
Does anyone know what book Merv Griffin is referring to at the very beginning? I can't understand what he says. Thanks for any help!
@@Caddo_Art “Errol Flynn: The Untold Story by Charles Higham” (1981)
@goldduxt Aha! Thanks very much.
Love that coat
Her jokes are very rude.
wait i didn't get the joke
She was a noble person
Joan. Crawford was. Psycho
I love Joan Crawford! Never took her job for granted, always tried her best, was a hard worker! (B.D. Used to be my favorite, but n ooo wits Joan Crawford!! Worked hard, came from nothing! Hats off to her!!! A real rags to riches story!
“Plugging guys for a $10 bill”
she seems gracious bette seems more angry
Missy, Joan's love❤
I can’t help but cackle when Jane say but you are blanche you are in the chair 😂😂😂😂😂😂 my favorite classic movie to watch of all times ❤
Im glad she found true love in Alfred. She said later how lucky she was when many find it at all. Also she seems like she would be a truly wonderful friend.
100% agree with her! Sexuality is so effective when portrayed in a less vulgar manner ❤ Love Joan so much, what a queen she was ❤
Id like to slap your face crawfords trade mark 😂
My favourite actress legend Joan crawford
She loved the camera and the camera loved her❤ legend. I recently watch hidden fear I really enjoyed it.
Damn shes abusive in movies too
Of course it wasnt true even cristina came clean that the movie was fake and exaggerated lmao
Came out the same year as Queen Bee. Priceless entertainment.
Damn, she was a brilliant actress. Onscreen power!
Joan is simply awesome and stunning ❤️
Joan Crawford was so beautiful, if I would of been born at this time, she would of been my favourite and I would of went to see all her movies..Such star quality...
She dainced till her bloomers come off. Hot-cha!
My favorite EFFING MOVIE of ALL EFFING TIME!!!!! A MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!!!!!
and so she walks off, never to be in front of a movie camera again (although she did some TV after)
Jesus saves
One of my all-time favorite films!
I really enjoy the sound of Joan's voice. And her face is so expressive!
Joan at her best...
Also in this scene are Wallace Ford and Clara Blandick (Aunt Em in "The Wizard Of Oz").
As a Gay Man WE ALL HAVE FRIENDS/ROOMMATES who have recited as nauseam “But you are Blanche, BUT you are,” it’s a Gay Rite of passage 😦😒!!
Oh the fashion and the performances!❤
My life belongs to me...🎉❤
I don't know why she even go on those goofy British shows. They show such contempt for us. Look at how familiar he's talking with Miss Crawford about her colleagues and Friends.
Beautiful!
Meryl Streep go fetch the Queen a cup of tea! Dont just stand there!
Grande film !!!
