Welcome to Mike's Yoga Channel!
My name is Mike Weisgerber and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher. Formally known as CBD Yoga and Fitness, I began this channel back in late 2019 with the goal of adding value and uniqueness through the means of yoga, workout, and meditation videos. As a former Athlete and a current gym enthusiast, a lot of my videos are designed with athletes and bodybuilders in mind, however I do have a wide selection of videos designed for complete beginners as well. Also, if you are a fan of yin yoga, then you are in the right place as that is my favorite type of yoga to perform and teach. I am extremely passionate about what I do and my goal is to extend that passion out to you by the means of weekly yoga, workout and meditation videos for you to enjoy.

Hi Mike, could this work for football goalkeepers too?
Yes, this practice focuses a lot on the hips and legs. A hockey goalie’s stance and movements are a bit different but should still be relevant.😇

I am personally not a big fan of affirmation meditations. IDK why but it triggers some symposter-like feelings. But because of that i try some from time to time. This one was okayish 😂 I adjusted some phrases in my head so they fit better but I really enjoyed the energy and body scan part at the end of it. Overall it was a great way to start my day. Thank you once again for your great content :3 !!
