I get now in mirage basim was seeing his memories

I bought the game because he was on sale and was like “Let’s see if this is game is as bad as they said”. I came in without expecting anything, without any spoiler and the game was a big slap on my cheeks. The further I played the more I liked it and from there it turns to absolute love of this game. I first did the Arasaka ending and I have to admit I wasn’t prepared for this. In fact, I wasn’t emotionally prepared to the content at all ! In the following days I made all the endings and side quests. Now there isn’t any Ncpd alert on the map and I completed the dlc. The first time is the better one and I will always remember that experience. It came from no expectations to one of my top favourite games of all time, and that’s why I also thanks CDPR that, despite all the criticism they received, continued to improve the game step by step to make it even better. I might now let the game alone to play it again in some months/years. See you on the other side chooms !

I hate this so much, why tf does female Eivor show up while I chose to play as male Eivor?!? Ubisoft’s way of saying “we give you a choice, but actually we’re still forcing you to include female Eivor, so now that you mention it you don’t have a choice, only the illusion you ever had one.” I chose MALE Eivor, I don’t even wanna see or hear anything related to female Eivor, that’s why I chose male, THEY GAVE US THE CHOICE, SO WHY DO THEY STILL FORCE US?! I hate the female voice so much, feels like my poor ears are bleeding when I hear it. It could’ve been so fucking simple to include 2 males in a cutscene, one obviously your male Eivor and the other as Odin like you see him in female Eivor’s cutscene. But nahhhhh Ubisoft insists on showing female Eivor, even if she never existed when you play as male Eivor. How tf does that even make sense? C’mon, all I wanted was to properly experience this game as my buddy male Eivor, give him a nice goodbye, even with something as small as that Ubisoft still manages to screw it all up. I’m solely playing the Last Chapter for the Armor set now, the rest is just bullshit. Let female Eivor F off together with Odin to Vinland and Male Eivor can stay in Ravensthorpe with everyone he loves and has done so much for, pretending like that cutscene never happened.

Not clicking any of the options in every situation is great and I do it at every opportunity with River and Judy

In my opinion you are playing as Odin as male eivor and since the ending shows your male eivor avatar speaking and you were just ghost or hallucination that was following female eivor the whole time and the reason she was able to lift two heavy weapons was because Odin was there with her and helping her with enemies

River is a really sweet guy with a good moral compass. Pretty rare in Night City. The game with the kids was really cute. I feel like the family dinner was a total setup to try to get V to romance River. Both his sister and the kids were in on it, making it super awkward when you reject him. I would've given him a chance if the game allowed us more time to get to know River, but my V's only known him for a week, helped him rescue his nephew and now River is head over heels for V. There's something really unattractive about someone you just me who's head over heels for you but you barely know the person.

This whole interaction was purposely made to make straight dudes feel bad about their own abysmal playing skills. Had some very bad flashbacks from my twenties holy shit.

Made me laugh so hard and cringe at the same time. 😅

I like to come back to this every so often, just to bask in the cringe.

Am I the only one who thinks this story is incomplete and should have turned out completely differently? As if the developers didn't have time to refine it... which is true. River's sister is Asian and so are her children, it looks like they are not related at all. Her husband was Latino. His nephew looks old af. As if this story was supposed to go differently, the characters had completely different roles, but in a hurry they decided to cut it off and make an awkward dinner.
