After adding the entitlement to the CPS that you are using now you apply to the radio. Make sure you add the entitlement on your main CPS install. You can use the entitlement only on one CPS. If you have multiple CPS installs, then you require multiple entitlements. It happened to me and I requested one more after reinstalling the CPS on Windows 10.

@@VA3HDL I tried to register it with CPS 16 (I also have CPS 2.0 installed). I Rx an error indicating CPS unable to connect to license server... I reached out to Motorola and they said CPS 16 is no longer supported and I MAY not be able to register the EID. Also, I was using "Register CPS Feature" I don't know for certain this is the correct approach.

@@jimpierce2561 I didn't have any problems programming my radios with CPS 2.0 - But I do not have them anymore and I didn't do anything else on the Motorola world since then.

You can use only one scan list at the time.

@@VA3HDL so even though you have one for police channels, repeaters, gmrs channels, ect. You can only scan the one group?

@@TraumaKoala Groups and Scan Zones are two different things. Scan Zones can have only 16 channels. So when you start the Scan function the radio will check what Scan Zone has been assigned to the channel selected on the display and active VFO (the Scan Zone may contain or not that particular channel used to start the scan) and proceed to scan the channels in the zone up to the 16 that can be configured for each Scan Zone. I never seen this type of implementation on any other radio I used before. Is really weird. I guess there is a reason for it. You can see this option around 16:00 time, in the channel setup, there is a field called "Scan List". This is the Scan list (or zone) that will be used to scan when the scan button is pressed when this channel is active. It doesn't means this channel belongs to the "Scan List". This is the weird part.

Turn on only TRACE 0 and set it to Smith chart view. That is the only setting as shown at point 0:06 of the video.

El tuner incorporado deberia trabajar en todas las bandas. Al menos en mi caso trabaja en todas las bandas. El tuner funciona cuando la tecla AUTO/THRU esta en AUTO. Cuando detecta un SWR/ROE de 2:1 (aproximadamente) intentara ajustar la antena automaticamente. La capacidad de ajuste es de 2.5:1 maximo, o sea entre 20 a 125 ohms. Es un rango muy limitado pero bastante estandar (Similar al tuner del FT-991 o del IC-7300, que son de 3:1 maximo.) Toda esta informacion figura en el manual del equipo. Espero que te sea util. 73

At 17:22 is possible to see the original (red) cables that fed the original incandescent light bulbs. I placed a resistor in series with each one of the leds and then soldered to the original cables. Please keep in mind that LEDs have polarity. I hope this description helps as I didn't record the part when I replaced the burnt bulbs. You can scan only 16 channels at a time. Since it is mainly GMRS radio, that should suffice for that purpose. This is the only radio that I have that has this limitation.

It is possible to create any combination of rows and columns if you are willing to make the changes, the code is there for you. 73

Thank you so much for making this available for free. This is remarkable work. I love my Ham Dashboard. . I am having issues trying to get a traffic cam to appear. And there are no public config.js files that have any to see how they did it. Someone please help. KF4IZP

I've looked at the www.511virginia.org/ traffic cameras and these feeds are not compatible with the dashboard. Each website implements video playback in different ways, it is impossible to have a generic video player able to reproduce all of them. It is much easier just to link the site on the dashboard menu. This is a very lightweight web page. Any raspi will do it. 73

These two options doesn't seem to impact the width of the passband and the only effect is shifting the frequencies up or down. I've tried changing them and looking at the audio waterfall on the computer and this effect visible too. However, your pointer made me look at the next four options for the low cut off and high cut off filters. I turn both them off and the audio passband increased in width compared with my previous tests. Maybe I can make a new video about this. Thanks for commenting. 73
