Got any videos coming out soon?
Got any videos coming out soon?
Do you know what visor it has above the windshield?
This is glorious to watch!
350 Cummins?
My Uncle had a day cab version with a gravel box on the back. 8V92 powered. I loved riding in that truck back when I was a kid.
What a sweet little Louie 9000 Tipper, nice crunch free changes on the 8-9 Speed Fuller Range Change gearbox, no hard task towing Old Abe,s 4x4 front Loader. Trailer looks somewhat light, especially the four truck undercarriage with those skinny caravan tyres and lacking a decent power winch. But as you said in the video said trailer does the job, and the wagon is honest ,what you see is what you get, a bit tatty but a willing little worker, like a favorate Cob, not keen on the trilex wheels.
The Dayton wheels are my favorite
How about putting a 60 Series Detroit in the Transtar? I think you just might be pleased with the results!
Man, that's a good looking transtar. i'd love to see more of this truck! I've been looking for a red 4070B on and off for a while now.
Damn son! That old L10 sounds fantastic! One of my favorite diesels ever made!
That right there boys is why you never let off the key. If he would have let off the key 9 times out of ten it would not have started. It takes way more juice to get it spinning than to spin it.
I bet those battery cables were warm tho
Great looking ride had a 79 model similar to it.
Turn the air intake snorkel around so its ram air induction and turbo don t work as hard!
Did brother just cut that muffler off like there's no one looking hahaha
dick move to pull in front of that truck
Sell it to gentry and sons trucking
I thought about selling it but I decided to fix it up and use it. 👍
I would have bet it wouldn’t have started. That was turning slow.
I didn’t think it was going to start either. I really needed to use it so I was glad it started. The starter is definitely getting tired.
Ah, that sweet L10 Cummins sound! Absolutely love it! The straight piped sound from this truck is one of my all time favorite sounds! Please, please do tons more in-cab driving videos with the straight pipes on, but way way longer and completely unedited! For me, the longer the videos the better! Please let me know ASAP.
I can always count on you to enjoy that truck! Definitely a great sounding engine. Thanks for watching.
Yeehaw
I can always count on you for a good YEEHAW 👍
I drove dump trucks and pulled dump trailers for 43 years that's the first time I was ever inside the bed when it dumped. 😂😂😆😆😉😉
😂 You normally don’t see that when you’re driving
Always good to see a L Series Ford working. Our L8000 fuel truck is 30 years old and still getting the job done. One thing is for certain none of the other fuel trucks we have will last long enough to see 30 years old and still in service.
Yes it is. Not that many around anymore. Thanks for watching!

Sounds very healthy
The starter is getting pretty tired.
Perfect
The starter didn’t only turn the engine over but also heated up the block 😂
😂 that’s unfortunately accurate
That’s an old textile rubber truck from dalton ga. I have pictures with me and my dad beside that truck
Wow! That’s cool
@@MichiganDieselwould you sell it ?
I would consider it. You can email me if you want. My email is on my channel page.
That's the way my mentor did it 4 years and scared the piss outta me overtime
Ever time
Definitely not the safest way of doing it. It is very effective though. 👍
Those are Very Dependable Trucks. I Loved Driving them. Nice Truck To Fix Up.❤😊
Mercy Sakes, we got ourselves a convoy!
In the late seventies I drove for a man that owned two trucks I drove one he drove the other. In 1977 he ordered a new Transtar 2 we received it in febuary of 1978 it was a 1978 model he let me have it, it had a 3406 cat with a 13 speed it was silver with black stripes he let me order the paint scheme. It had Dayton drives, aluminum buds on stirring first truck I ever had with tubeless tires. In late 1978 he bought another 78 Transtar 2 it was an eagle. I had $285,000 Mi on mine when he sold it and went to one truck. I retired from driving after 43 years, May 1st 2017 I never drove another International.
Good lookin old Ford
Your Louisville is running great. If that had been my L8000 every time you changed a gear it would have rolled smoke like crazy.
