With thanks to my friend and correspondent, whom I will not name here, for sending me the information in emails today, and to my friend and correspondent of the day before, and to JabesAllowed for clarifying that Dr ZA was Dr C in the 2022/23 trial - and for clarifying much else in this horrific MOJ.

Thanks for this video wholly to my correspondent, and the realisation/very strong theory they shared with me today. UPDATE - please also see Jabesallowed's COMMENT below in the comments. Thank you. And Thank you, Jabe! Sorry - at 39.14 I say Dr VA - whereas I meant to say Dr ZA. (so many bloody letters) 15.41 I say 'recapitulate' - i meant 'reiterate'. (getting me words mixed up)

A few thoughts on Jon's jolly japes as he maxes out his coffee consumption off the back of another's misery, false imprisonment, and persecution. If pressure on the courts is increasing that is a fancy way of saying the number of cases is increasing. Which means in turn that the number of law-breakers has increased, which would suggest to me that the deterrent effect of sentencing is inadequate. So what to do…? Here’s a suggestion. Stop giving criminals a ‘discount’ off their sentences if they plead guilty. Restore the promise we were given in 1966 when the government stopped the death penalty and promised that ‘life’ would mean life. What is it now? 15 years? Start handing down 5-year sentences for possession of a bladed article which will increase for offences committed with the article. There are lots of others. What will the government do? They’ll have ‘an investigation’, which will cost a small fortune and benefit the lawyers alone.

The latest Mail News The Trial of Lucy Letby No. 24 contains an interesting interview with a former commissioner at the CCRC, David James Smith. It begins at around 18 mins. The ridiculous number of cases referred to them ,1500 a year, clearly shows that court system is flawed. It's not possible for the CCRC to give each case the due consideration it deserves. The courts should be getting it right in the first place. Anyone who takes part in conspiracy to convict an innocent person should be severely punished but it hardly ever seems to happen. Cheers Mark.

Expert witnesses must change? But this came up in the 90s with the release of the Birmingham 6??The judicial system has been aware, for at least 3 decades that expert witnesses should be employed by the court, not one side or the other & should report to the court. This would hopefully get rid of the Dewi Evans’ses that appear to riddle our justice system! Will send e mail, but afraid I now have zero faith in the UK justice system. Police were not only found to be institutionally, racist, but corrupt too! I believe they are aware of the glaring faults in the justice system, but don’t intend to do anything about it! ✊❤️( sorry feeling very p*ssed off today🤨)

Speaking after the guilty verdict, Senior Crown Prosecutor Nicola Wyn Williams, of CPS Mersey-Cheshire’s Complex Casework Unit expressed relief. “Lucy Letby has continually denied that she tried to kill this baby or any of the babies that she has been convicted of murdering or attempting to murder,” Ms Wyn Williams said. “The jury has heard all of the detailed evidence including from her in her own defence and formed its own view. "you can't make this stuff up" . Letby was framed by the prosecutors. Richard Mullins.

Another bombshell I saw…..figured out why doctors names taken off the spreadsheet…..apparently brearey took it to some meeting he had with Ian Harvey and showed it to him…..Ian Harvey basically said since his name often coincided with Lucy’s, well looks like you could be the murderer 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Brearey and Jayaram went into narcissistic rage each went to their own union reps wanting off the record conversations with them….apparently there is some law out there that when a doctor goes to their union, they loose protections to some degree…..the union rep suggested they go to the police, their MP, or have one of the parents go to their MP……soon afterwards is when Jayaram in his back door move contacted the police…..Dr Brearey made a complaint to GMC about Ian Harvey….who then suddenly retires…..

    • @hopeisthething1965

It appears that Dr brearey was involved in a 2.3 million pound research grant ( 50 other hospitals as well), call SIFT…speed in feeding trial…which looked at should premies be fed fast or slow….outcome was that the fast fed premies noted to have increase in neurological deficits….2 of Lucy’s accused babies: G and another had brain damage….. every baby ( except for insulin and O and P), would have met criteria for this study and dewy stated babies hurt by air down ng tube….will be happy to send links if u want……I’m not accusing Dr brearey Of nefarious acts, the research study leading center was Oxford and by all accounts seemed to follow good protocol….but judging by Dr brearey , I wonder if this had any factors in the babies and how upset he appeared to be….maybe need to the follow the money

I’ve had a new idea / philosophy on the case. If you’re a Neonatal Nurse and patients die on your shift, you may feel that you are to blame, because of your incompetence, you may feel that you killed them. Taking that into respect, when questioned by the police, she may of appeared week, believing in a way she had killed them. Even though it was unintentional. Similar to neglect. I suppose if the ward is in such a state, sewage, short staffed e.t.c then that is neglect but who is responsible for the neglect, whoever is responsible for the upkeep of the ward. A ward like this should have the highest standards for obvious reasons. Nurses shouldn’t do overtime on a ward like this, on a ward like this where it’s a matter of life and death, it needs to be run like clockwork, like poetry in motion, the highest standards possible. Far from what it was really like.

This usually involves a 15 to 30 minute consultation so the patient or the parent is armed with all the facts risks ETC in detail before a signature is obtained in giving permission for procedures... no wonder babies died if consultants in charge were not able to communicate in a coherent manner... hey🙊 maybe that's the real reason everything went wrong, not pseudomonas, staffing numbers, or poor care, because the consultants can't talk in a coherent manner...😂😂😂.. surely he should have been out for pasture by now not promoted. RIDICULOUS..!? 🤑

I'm not surprised at all when consultants do a 180° when they find themselves on the wrong side.AND THIS IS WHY ... I went in for a biopsy and came away needing 5 extra operations, because of medical negligence. It's taken 3 years to partially repair the damage, leaving me permanently deformed with lifelong health issues. I raised concerns, on the advice of the surgeon who had to try to repair the damage., She also acted as my caseworker, when she took my case to M&M meeting on her own suggestion. She was very angry when she saw what had been done and said I "should complain", and that I "should be angry" and that the other consultant had done a stupid thing. Behind closed doors the M&M was held. It consisted of 3 consultants... -My caseworker (current surgeon), -The consultant who delivered what can only be described as carrying out 'gross medical negligence', was the CHAIRMAN ! - A consultant surgeon who had seen at the beginning of my care who took offence because I innocently pointed out something I thought useful to his colleague. My caseworker, current surgeon and person who told me I 'should be angry' and 'should complain', instead of discussing what went wrong, and discussing my case, told her colleagues... .. "shouldn't be made aware of complaints by patient in MDT as patients' psychological problems were not alerted to the clinicians" And she did not defend her patient when these claims were made at the meeting... "Summary anxious demanding patient, multiple consultant switching should be agreed at beginning of pathway ?" Baring in mind that they all knew the reason I'd had to change surgeons at the last minute was because they cocked up the appointments.... I was accused of all sorts, with no evidence to back up the claims... Inc. sabotaging my medical equipment, last-minute surgeon switching, neurosis because my husband had died, the list goes on. I was disgusted when I saw the notes from the meeting. All three were partially responsible for the Cock ups in my care with one main culprit so they decided to lay into the patient instead of acknowledging the failures. As a consequence I have no trust, and when you say this doctor did a 180° I'd say that's just how they've learnt to survive working within failing NHS hospitals. It's no surprise to me at all, and the story I've just told is the reason why I immediately thought the consultants were lying before Lucy was ever convicted.

Names of all the doctors need to be public. Never mind anxiety, etc. Just an excuse to protect evildoers and frame up merchants. Must be a way for the sake of justice?

I agree, absolutely. We do risk Contempt of Court if we do it, though. Albeit Court of Appeal did it by mistake. And gave a name away. I think they would want to go after someone if they could get a chance - cheshire police, i mean.
