      Cheers mate. I just realised. The police are not at fault. They just trusted the doctors opinions to be FACT....i dont think you can hold that against them. Doctors start talkin medical terms n most people are noddin dogs after that.

    Freshly paid experts: the police could hire me to request the data we need from CoCH and then do a correctly run forensic-statistical (epidemiological) investigation. I’d be delighted to earn half a million pounds. Problem is, I’m nearly certain the investigation would prove there was very probably no spate of murders by anyone (nurse or doctor or cleaning lady, technician, or janitor). I’ve offered my services to Cheshire Constabulary in the past, several times, but they never reply.

    • @hopeisthething1965

      They should hire you, Richard. I think they're just playing hard to get at the mo. Say you'll do it for some good wine, and a curry with Paul Hughes and the lads n lasses of operation hummingbird. Just kidding. It's all insane, isn't it. The last thing Cheshire Police want now are any REAL experts, such as yourself, messing with their cherished case! The kind of case you win awards for!

    Thanks Mark - excellent resume as usual. Although I agree a retrial looks less and less likely as the prosecution's case continues to unravel - how are the bogus experts to be held account. Especially Evans, who may have made £500K out of his work of fiction?

    • @hopeisthething1965

      Thank you, Adrian. I believe they should all be held to account, and should have to return all the money given to them. And then be further sued, imo.

    Thanks for doing what you do Mark. Not being a watcher of the TV for many years I had only a vague knowledge that 'some nurse had murdered babies somewhere' and thought no more about it other than the usual sorry for the parents and disgust at how humans turn into monsters because of the environment we call "norm" . I came across one of your videos and it caught my attention. I have been on this one ever since.
    I have a nagging suspicion that Evans was sought out by these doctors before he offered his services to the police whilst they were conspiring. He does have a track record of concocting 'weird and wonderful' medical cases so would be the ideal 'expert'. just a couple of the points that have hit my sus button: Jayaram stated that he had researched the air embolism info whilst he was searching for answers. Evans stated that he was the first to come up with it.
    These doctors were heading for a lot of trouble, at least two of the 'gang of four were potentially at risk of medical manslaughter charges before the focus was redirected towards Lucy. To me this makes it make sense.
    What a monumental cock up they have made (thankfully).
    My thoughts are often with Lucy and I am pretty damn sure that with the help of 'real' experts, the efforts of people like you, Tasha, Carl, Jabe (et al), the hard bitten journalists like John Sweeney and a great man in Mark McDonald leading the charge, she will be free.

    • @kjamo4928

      I second everything you say and I also think Evans knew these doctors prior to volunteering his services. I bet they never thought they would come under the microscope. I wonder how they feel now that “Real” Medical Experts are on the case and the world is watching.

    Jane Hutton was the statistician whose report the police and CPS decided not to use. I agree that the prosecution will struggle to buy an expert witness.
    It's possible this won't even go to a retrial. The CPS could simply decide there is not enough evidence to convict.
    Quote from Evans "It is your duty ,to change your mind, change your opinion as necessary" S4C 17/12/2024.

    The use of the word premonition leads the reader to think magically I feel she made an observation rather than had a premonition which is a realistic statement that the public can understand that the doctor was just doing her job not making a guess at what could happen because of the negligence present in the hospital . The language the media is using is feeding into the hysteria that will build momentum for the witch trials they are wanting to reintroduce back into modern society. This case is just an experiment in public persuasion and oppression is getting clearer it has become so thin you can see write through it .

    • @hopeisthething1965
      @hopeisthething1965  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks so much for this, Rosie. I must say it was me who inserted the term premontition. And as you say - observation (and a fear of a likelihood occuring, i suppose) is more accurate as to Alison Timmis's email. I suppose I have used this term as we now know her fears, her observation at the time, her assessment - came to pass. She was absolutely right - about what was going on - and what would continue to go on.

    It's encouraging that Private Eye, as a high profile publication, is raising awareness of the hard medical evidence presented by neonatal experts.

    It feels like if you are hoping for good legal representation in a situation like this it won’t happen. Only there for very privileged, wealthy people or those being backed by an organisation or charity. Nurses should have insurance against allegations such as this. Insurance to cover legal costs. It should be part of their registration to protect them. Then the CPS, the Police etc will know they are up against a proper defence who will pull out all the stops for their client. Leave no stone unturned. I think they can scent when they have a person vulnerable to prosecution and unable to defend themselves. They are happy to ignore obvious ways to explore if that person could be innocent. Only interested in finding more ways to falsely incriminate. How sad and soulless.

  • @rosiejane5292

    Pretty sure that Evan’s has already paid off as many experts as he possibly can to back up his claims, that’s why they are all wanting to work for free . I feel this stage of the game is about infecting more people and destroying more lives with lies , finding who they can control and corrupt next is the ultimate goal. Evan’s and gang have already been given enough money to spread their message I suppose that’s why they gave him so much money at the start of the case because they would have known from the start that this would be how to keep the game going and draw more people into the business.

    • @hopeisthething1965
      @hopeisthething1965  หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      That's very interesting. Thank you, Rosie. It would seem though that no one will now come forward to back up Evans's claims and assessments. Not even those who backed him, in one form or another, during the trial itself. Whereas a small army of far more qualified people are convinced Evans's work is, as a previous judge termed it, in another case - worthless.

      @ okay. Thank you got it. Things are done differently here in America. So would you say that Dr b was the head of the department while Dr j head of pediatrics? I’m learning so much NHS jargon. Doesn’t mean care is worse in UK. Trust me the rural hospitals in US and many in urban areas are as frightening and run down as NHS ones. And there are probably some cases of worker abuse similar but not as big as the Lucy case. Our hospitals are run privately except for our veterans ( which is run by our federal government, OMG the care is worse than your NHS, ). Thanks for clarifying. Go team Baby O
